I used to love grinding gold in WoW, but work and life just makes it not possible anymore. As a returning player I just want to make enough gold to buy a WoW token to try out the War Within. I don't know how people grind gold to where they are in the millions, blows my mind.

Most people buy gold; not from Blizzard. The others have tons of time on their hand to play the AH.

I completely understand not being able to play as much (I’m in that position myself), but there are still plenty of ways to play a minimum amount of time and still make a ton of gold. Of course if you are just starting, you will likely have a slower start due to playing less, but it’s not impossible. Start small, diversify your stock and you will make your millions. No gold buying necessary

Regarding levelling alts, it'll be even faster to level them in a few weeks once the 11.0 prepatch drops, since the XP required to get to 70 is practically being halved. I imagine going 10-70 in the last few weeks of remix could be done in under 1.5 hours in that case, if you're already prepared with a level 12 cloak.

those gem clusters are tough to find. The best way I have made a ton of gold is farming outlands ore and motes on my engineer. Great vid.

Thanks for the video. It was very helpful as always. I will be expecting the alt army video as I have 24 alts and 18 of them are already level 70. Related to leveling alts, I would like to add that is not very difficult to ilevel the alts near 500 with bullions, sparks and crest. After I complete the weekly LFR, I choose the 6 tokens of merit instead of any loot and I exchange that for a Nascent Wyrm´s Awakened Crest. I confirm the high ilevel is a great investment of time as I experience the beta next expansion and it was very easy to level up with one of my alts at 486 ilevel.

I needed this motivation to log into my main and auction/vendor all the mats in my bags and bank. ty lol x_x

My usual gold preparation for a new expansion is just play the game and forcing myself not to change my transmog 3x per day a few months before it comes out 😂

It’s called Glass! (LS: Glass is the one you should download as someone else has taken over the addon after the main dev stopped playing wow)

Can level 70s do the tailoring and alchemy cooldowns or do you have to level them all?

Account wide rep comes with the prepatch! So alts can go recipes off old stuff too

I’m guessing that’ll reduce the amount of gold for people to make if patterns become easily accessed for the first few weeks they are actually profitable

Nice Video :) Pre-ordering TWW is almost necessary if you want to be competitive, right? Because of the 3 day earlier access... i hate it :(

Early access will definitely be beneficial if you want the first day 1 sales, but you can still easily make gold without it. Remember not everyone has early access, so plenty of new players entering on normal release day. Also mat prices are always insane the first day and exponentially crash within the first 12-24 hrs

DF tools have no affect on TWW ones. You’ll need to immediately buy/make the green tools then upgrade to blue again

Hello! i have some questions that MIGHT..u know the answers.. 1)will we have shared reputations witth our warbands? 2)do i max out my proffesion in dragonflight? or it is ok to have it arround 70 level and some points on speciallization tab of the proffesion..? i dont know if new proffesions will be getting in the war within new points.. new start. :>

Hey! To my knowledge, only TWW rep will be account-wide at the start of the expansion. Eventually legacy/DF reps will become account-wide too but theres no ETA. TWW professions are completely separate from DF ones - no need to max those out unless you want to craft DF items

Some have said that Dragonflight rep is becoming account wide in pre patch! (I could very easily have missed that in patch notes) If that’s the case, you can hold off on farming your Dragonflight rep!

Oh man! All those SL leggos! That many were probably worth a few million gold the first week of the grey\white transmog change 😮

Do alts need to be max level in order to be able to get profession cooldowns?

Depends on what blizz decides to do… if it’s like DF, you’ll need to hit max level on one toon and then your alts will get access to all profession KP quests, etc.

Your warband bank is accessible to all toons on your account - no matter the faction or realm. All of them can take things out of it and put things in

Speaking of time/gold onvestment I would say it is not worth grind dragonflight reputation right now. With the new expansion, the reputation of dragonflight will become warband reputation and you will have most of the reputation on all your alts. Might be better to focus on something else

To my knowledge, there’s no ETA on when legacy/DF rep will turn account wide…unless new patch notes state otherwise. If they are instantly account wide, that’s awesome!! If not, I would still take the time to get your recipes now since there’s no ETA and that’s potential gold down the drain! Thanks for watching anakinti!!

For someone who spent all his gold to buy the extension + mount bc he's stupid + poor lol :p is there any easy way to farm some gold for the upcoming extension ? xD doing pve content will be hellish with no potions/flasks etc 🙃 tho i have many alts " to farm mounts ", i should dedicate more time for professions for each of them -_-'

Look into old world professions! There’s a ton of easy, trainer learned recipes that sell really well (and most of the old world professions are pretty cheap to level). I’d recommend checking out my recent beginner old world video! You got this!

if you have 10-20k gold you should not thinking about investing gold in start of any expansion. You invest the money you can afford to lose. not if you only have 20k.

boring video she said and i am all exited about all you xplain here jajaja 1 i always forget to clear my quest list and bags (wont happen again) 2 i always end up with tons of mats never used, i will leave a few just in case some items sell for good gold (like mog ones). 3 i am way to exited for cross realm sells, i have my mains in Quel'thalas and i tend to full max my profesion and collect as much recipes as posible, chief Penguin if you could see what awesome recipes i have with my tailor and (specially) with my blacksmith, i have some really rare stuff and am dying to start selling some of them!!! 4 I was starting to get my relams alts to max lv thanks to Pandaremix but got some weird issues, i cannot log in any of my remix characters, the game freez and i have to force it close but i can log in the retail characters with 0 problems :/ hope i get this fixx as soon as posible Thanks for another great video chief Penguin!

I will point out that you're kind of wrong (depends on where you on in your gold making) when it comes to stockpile. Think about the materials that are heavily farmed atm because players are currently active, ore, cloth and awakens. Sure the first 2-3 months they won't be as needed, but just think about if you stockpile those mats now. Later when people need that stuff, they're not gonna be on the auction house as cheap. Back in Wrath, I stockpile cloth buying them at 24s or less, same with ore buying stacks of 20 for 5 gold. Most Wrath ore go for 5 gold each now even with the regionwide auction house now. So I recommend stockpiling key materials that you can get cheap that you can hold on to for a few months. I wouldn't just sell off your dragonflight stuff just because.

Everything comes down to your circumstance... if you got a lot of raw gold and only a small portion of gold caught up in mats, sure keep them if you want, but dont have all your gold caught up in old items at the start of an expansion - you need that to buy new ones

Do NOT!! I REPEAT! DO NOT! waste your time farming out dragonflight reputation! Almost all of the reputation will be account wide with exceptions of the winterpelt furbolgs. So if you need a recipe from the 6 major factions on an alt, you will be able to buy that coming prepatch.
