Watch The Trip. All the episodes. The Bryson and Coogan characters are constantly sparring with impressions.
I love that in the little rant that Brydon has about Russell's "fumbling" story, he turns more Welsh than I've ever seen him
Two absolute national treasures - particularly enjoyed the shared love and awe for Billy Connolly.

Yep. That was really lovely.
The Frank Skinner story sounds like it should be on WILTY.
You never know, but by being honest and opening up about such stories in life, you can significantly help someone else. Thanks for it!

So true.. its refreshing to see funny but also casual life and off key shenanigans.
christ this stuff about feeling like a child when you're with your parents is so real
Oh god. I was howling at the fumble story and Robs breakdown of it. Absolutely love Billy Connolly.
That impression of Billy Connolly was incredible, Rob, props!
I love how Welsh Rob gets when he’s lecturing Russell! 😊
I listened to the full podcast this morning Rob, and I have to say your Billy Connolly is captivating!
“You’ve got skateboarding to do” 😆
Loved your Billy Connelly impression Rob! ❤️ always enjoy Russell Howard!
Oh wow, I can't believe this. I just started watching 'Billy Connolly Does' yesterday and I've also have been watching some youtube videos of him and also ordered his book, and some dvds. I've been thinking how cool it would be if he went on Brydon for an interview. I watch this today, and you're talking about him. What a legendary person. I need to get on Russels interview, I had no idea about it. 😍
I do love those little moments when Bryn comes through a little.
Excellent episode. Pathos and hilarity all in one. With Russell's t-shirt/breakdown comment near the end I thought he would have the last laugh. But Rob definitely had it - quality sign off!

What’s pathos

@@jamie2866 Hi Jamie, pathos is a quality that arouses feelings of sympathy, tenderness, or sorrow. So when Rob was talking about his pain and hurt from his marital separation, that can provoke pathos in people who can relate to his experience.
Rob is a national treasure.
Rob went full Welsh over the fumbling there!
Ha Ha Ha!! Loved this interview! You are both funny guys, and so talented. Thanks Rob.
Thank God for a bit of honesty. Russell a round of applause. Have one on me. Anyone who says they don't is a liar or they need to see a doctor, though maybe they have found God? 😇❤🙏
No ko no guys!! "Fumbling" is natural and completely fine att all ages!
Love Rob, love Russell, love Billy. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Russell, looks how Macaulay Culkin should look as an adult.
Wonderful episode as usual. Thank you and Mr. Howard. So glad you have this show. Can’t get enough UK entertainment here in the US.
Near Hampton Court (aye?), unless he already has ...he's talking to Widdicombe!
Great interview. Fumble is an excellent word.
He's looking more and more like Stephen Merchant lol 🙌
2 of my most favourite comedians talking about the thirth...it doesn't get any better than that
Such an entertaining interview, love these :)
Ha! Suppress the fumble grumble by hanging on to the head board! Brilliant. Hilarious interview.
Thanks! Loved that!
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, to have the second ever comment on a video. Always such a joy to watch people having an appreciative conversation about things that are important in their respective lives. Hope to be able to enjoy your work for a long time in such difficult and troubled times. Cudos to the both of you, I will keep listening and watching…

Two of my faves, together, talking about fumbling. . . . . .great interview lol! Be well 🌹
Two of the best
I've been waiting for 3 years to see Russel. Should've been April 2020 I bought the ticket in 2019. Still waiting
Best billy impersonation ever
What a wonderful video. Thank you so much for the fun. DA
Love these chats you're doing Rob - have you thought of doing one with Rhys Darby? I was just re-listening to the FOTC BBC Radio show with your narration - still golden.
Loving the Rode Podmic!
subscribed! national treasure
Awesome! 🤣
At 14:23 your other guests get avenged! Lol!
You got skateboarding to do.... hahaha 😁 😊 😂
I would love to know where he got that hoodie, it looks so comfortable!
What watch is rob wearing?

My son still skateboards at 42....
“onanistic proclivities” 👏 📖
I watched his recent stand-up performance on Stephen Colbert's Late Late Show (CBS) a few weeks ago... FYI it's available on KZread somewhere. I was surprised how he got away with his Brizzle accent in front of the American audience...... but they seemed to love him! Awesome!

He's got a pretty big following here in the US. I've loved Russell for about 10 years and I watch his show (mostly on KZread). I could listen to him chat with comedians (and anyone, really) all day.
I wish Bryden would extend these interviews to 30 minutes.

Oh for real? I need to see if he's coming to Seattle at all. Thanks for that!
I hope Russell wore his knee-pads and helmet.
I want so much to know Russell Howard, Josh Widdicombe and James Acaster and talk to them about stand up.
Russell is still angry about that haircut
I dunno man, the arrogance and presumption that you can use someone’s house like that just because you’re using it for the interview? I would’ve asked what the fuck they think they’re doing-Frank and the crew…
Billy Connolly - GOD Bob Mortimer - Jesus
I prefer Rob to most of his guest’s 😂 interviews seem a little awkward, I think that’s because if I said to my mates I want to interview them then that would be awkward too 😂
41 even!

Mr Brydon, or whoever is responsible for this channel, you don’t have to allow stupid scammers’ idiotic comments on here! Deleting those garbage scams takes a few seconds and a couple of clics. If you can do it but don’t do it, you’re in effect endorsing this crap!
