Neuro muscular connections. Training like a power lifter. Not trying to shape his body or repetitive muscular movements. More of singular explosive movements. This It's why the 2023 "World's strongest man" competition winner was also the smallest in the competition. Good neural muscular training.

I am pretty sure there is a small muscle on the outer part of the elbow which is specifically responsible for rising. You can see it more when kicking your wrist back and rising.

His wrist position is not correct. Notice he's cupping slightly. I do this lift. You can too. It's so much easier when you don't kick your wrist out that not doing so is basically cheating. GO try it.

Nothing that Devon does or can still do it won’t be enough to beat the monster. R.I.P. Devon again.

Devon is plain out 1 cool, smart, strong son of a gun. Hard for anyone not to like him. Levan, is just a mountain of a man. I love Devon, but Levan, to me. Is UNBEATABLE. Just a big, huge, absolute wonderful personality. Great trash talker if you've ever seen him , describing what he's going to do to Devon round by round. It's hilarious, he's great. Definitely world's number 1 and 2 ranked arm wrestlers for sure.

I think his riser didnt increase by 25%. He changed the wrap of the strap hence the increased weight on the floor. Im not sure what his riser lift was prior to Levan, maybe around 80 lbs, now it could be close to 100, which says it is 25%, I just dont think it is 25% increase in the table strength, but I may be wrong.

These things are difficult to say in percentages, which is assuming you can lift the water. 25kg. last year and this year you can lift 50kg. This is the difference.

Probably not twenty five percent. Those lives are very difficult to tell as there is no precise movement. Hes certainly stronger. And quite a bit stronger on the table. But that's all we know.

A bicep tear can happen at any time. Look at what happened to Eddie Hall for example. He riped the entire bicep clean off the bone when punching a punching bag. It wasn't even a very hard punch. Imagine the stress that bicep had been under for many years of strongman training and competition. And then it snapped during something trivial.

Devon has good chances, levan is not as strong as his first match and devon is on a different level. I think in his shape for levan 1st match he would get destroyed by current georgi genadi ermes etc.
