I am new to your podcast but am now binge watching as you have so many interesting guests who weren’t on my radar before. We all need a bit of inspiration in life and this podcast has it in bucketloads! I also love the lack of ego that your guests have - I am also really taken with Dan, will buy his book and he reinforces my faith in humanity as kind and nice people can succeed. I wish him well 🙏🏽🫶🏼

Need the best coach on earth, Chris Henshaw! I really need your book. I feel like I cook the same 10 things and that's it. I'd much rather cook my own food than eat most places. Thanks for the podcast R-dog and thanks Dan for being your amazing self. Can't wait to get your book. Super excited!! If you ever go to Aruba stay across the street from Superfood! The most amazing groceries I've ever seen. Plus the best beach in the northern hemisphere is just 200 meters away. Plenty of running there. Many do the round of aruba which is around the island, 70 miles I believe, or k. Either way it's hot windy and beautiful! Give it a go. Most hotels have kitchens and of course condos. Very reasonable prices!

I am a mom of two (3,1). Mostly Single, husband at the military not at home. I am 43. I worked as a hairdresser in a big company and had a leading role and gave courses. I do have to eat more and different as a stay home mom, than on my working years. Stand up at 6.30am. Kids are in bed around 7-8pm, sometimes sleep around 9pm. So I have a 15hour day. Everyday. EVERYDAY. With playing, cooking, cleaning, here and there, taking care of the little stumbles and crying. Mental overload. I realised I need to be more careful what I eat and drink and when. But never really thought about it. I breastfeeded each kid for 1y. So now it’s the proof and good starting point for me. I see I raise my voice more often or say more often no, because I just feel tired or exhausted. Although the kids are not the fault. It’s my low level of energy. But there should be someone out there leading and showing us full time moms what to eat right and when. Thank you

@@wfpbwfpbmy parents have a tangerine tree (orange tree as well, but I prefer tangerines). I pick them when I visit, bring home, peel and freeze the sections on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fill gallon Ziploc bags with these frozen segments. Already bite-sized; no need to chop. They go in to the oatmeal in the last couple minutes of cooking. You never knew you needed warm tangerines! Mmmmmm

I add greens to mine! I steam bags of Power Greens from Costco. Drain, chop, smush into 1/2 cup ice cube trays. Pop the frozen cubes in to Ziploc bags and grab one or two when making oatmeal. Defrost a little in microwave and throw in to the oatmeal in the last minutes and stir through thoroughly. Add the frozen fruit afterwards (reversing this order is not good: destroys the berries, lol). EDIT to say I make a large pot of oatmeal which I portion out for the next four or five days. Otherwise the amount of greens I reported, above, would be waaay overkill for one serving.

I eat oatmeal most days very similar to your meal. The whole kitchen sink goes in that bowl... Nuts, seeds, berries, plus whatever fruits are on sale, and a bit of Greek yogurt and granola. There's at least 20 different whole foods in my morning oats. I've yet to get sick of it.

When I travel it's easy to pick out the Americans. I'm American but struggle getting enough sodium. Always have been athletic and eat basic real food. No matter what electrolytes I take my sodium is always low. I am sweaty and always have been. I get nervous when my resting hrt gets down in in low 40s. I don't do long slow training but have always been in every sport. Hunter is tall ,long legged and built for hyrox. I'm tall and thin old and love crossfit! I enjoy it! If I suck, I don't care. I'm built to run and swim. Boring...... Done practically every sport. Hyrox would be perfect for my body type but!!..... Soooo boring! Omg! I can't stick with boring. Got to keep changing it up. The more diverse the better. I will otherwise get totally bored. Crossfit is the only thing left for me and I love it because it's not easy! True, it's got to be hard and never boring. CF is it! Just sayin... Love me my Aussies! Not boring! Always fun.❤
