Exactly because the gave the American hear association millions of dollars to tell people natural fat like beef tallow and butter were bad for you and everyone should switch to seed oils. Something people been using for centuries is bad for you but there knew toxic sludge is good for you. This obvious look at pictures of groups of people from a hundred years ago everyone was obese and obviously not healthy now everyone is in great shape fit and healthy good thing we listened and stop using natural fat for cooking and switched to seed oils .

Refined oils are worse things for heart. Omega 6 to 3 Ratio is 70:1 in Refined oils.. Recommend dose for omegas is 1:1. These industrial Vegetable oils can cause . Heart disease Diabetes Hypertension Cholesterol Autoimmune diseases. When consumed for long periods. Casual consumption won't do any harm though... So always look for cold pressed heat stable cooking oils.. Like Cold pressed Canola Coconut Oil Clearified butter (Ghee).

Why? Because it give you bad cholesterol combinations and some toxics. Main reason; Too much of small sized HDL. Human body likes big HDL molecules that don't stuck with the LDL in your blood vessels. Eat red beets and drink wine for a week. Rise the nitric oxide level in the blood for a short time to flush your vessels. Then start eat only animal fats like beef tallow, omega-3s from salomon, butter etc. Eat much less veg-fats and only from olives and nuts. No oil-products. Remove 90% of refined sugars. Congrats, you are alot more healthy now.
