I would suggest the US census also should NOT count non-citizens, or count them separately. Those numbers should NOT influence seats in congress or influence number of electoral votes.

Congress seems to think that we can. Thats why they wont do anything more than talk.

Zero is right. The problem is that when an illegal goes to get a driver's license - why they are entitled to one is beyond me - they are being offered voter registrations in some states. If this is a state with a large number of electors, tell me it doesn't matter!

Sadly you can’t. I used to think that whenever injustice was done it was a mistake but now I see that there is a fix in it and justice is a misnomer.

Please ponder this, I am an independent from a swing state, here is my question. For the 2020 Presidential election, US total Registered Voters was 168,310,000, keep in mind of that total there are dead people, people that moved and not removed from the rolls and unfortunately undocumented individuals based on congressional testimony. The total votes cast in 2020 was 159,600,000, we have NEVER had that level of turnout, you come to your own conclusions, but I'm fairly sure EVERY voter in the USA other than 9,000,000 which probably exceeds the dead, moved and undocumented, did not legitimately cast a ballot in the 2020 election, that it REAL DATA, who actually thinks that happened, I invite comments below, in my opinion, if you actually think that over 100% of registered voters came out in 2020, you are demonstrated DELUSIONAL! GO LOOK UP THE DATA, ITS ALL IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN. Saying something funky did not happen with the vote in 2020, is quite frankly disingenuous… How can we fix the problem in 2024? All I want is a vote that’s genuine….
