parabens. this is actually very strong coffee for a westerner, i bought some cafe here in Brazil and was surprised how strong it is. But, i like really strong coffee so it was good.. most people in the australia, nz, usa, and canada use 1 spoon like you did for 1 cup of coffee, rather than 2 which i see you used. So, brazil coffee is almost double as strong. coffee you buy in the west taste very bitter and nao muito ben if you make it very strong, but brazil coffee still tastes very good even when it is made very strong.
