Omg this just happened to me recently. I got soo lucky my motor wasn’t Grenade’d though. I was hearing a super lout tapping noise inside my head and I couldn’t figure out what the hell it was. I thought it was the valves, so I adjusted them like 5X and the tapping sound didn’t stop. So I figured we’ll, let’s just go for a ride and see if anything breaks lol. We’ll I came to a stop sign and was holding in the clutch when the engine died out, and wouldn’t turn over, I’m really glad I wasn’t gunning it at that moment in time. I thought a valve was bent or broken and seized the piston or something, but when I opened the head, that stupid little nylon bolt was still at the top just barley hanging on all stripped. I was sooo relieved to find out my head didn’t blow and it was just one little bolt.

anyone know if 03 ktm scx 625 has a auto decompression too ? it has the manual decompression lever, but i would just like to know if it has both auto and manual .?. my ktm is not running correctly and i have rebuilt the carb many times and it is still not running correctly

Hi, can you maybe show the old and new Cam Gears in comparison? Because the 2 Bolts holding it all together broke the second time for me and i just cant find that new cam gear.....

Do the 2004 450 rfs have both ? Or just one way of decompression ?

Should have both. Might have been removed from the bars, but Manual Decomp mechanism is there
