Keep the air physio bulb part at 45 degrees to achieve bulb vibration that will vibrate and loosen the mucus stuck on the bronchi which then can be coughed out!

Why do different sites claim different ways of using Air Physio ? Some claim removing plastic cover ?

I'm not feeling any rumbling in my chest, Diagnosed with Sarcoidosis, asthma, bronchitis, and then COPD! My lungs are scared because 40 years ago I was a smoker. There is restriction in my breathing. I purchased this product to eliminate any mucus that I believe could be stuck to the walls of my lungs. Does the lack of vibration mean there is no or minimal mucus?

I can definitely feel my AirPhysio working. I was thinking of combining AirPhysio with a Peak Airflow meter to actually track my lung expansion. Thoughts on this?
