  Keep the air physio bulb part at 45 degrees to achieve bulb vibration that will vibrate and loosen the mucus stuck on the bronchi which then can be coughed out!

  The same can be achieved by breathing in. Then breathing out slowly, while gently patting your gap in your lips with your hand. Repeat this a number of times and you'll bring the mucus up.

  I bought this device a couple of years ago, but have never used it. Therefore, it has never been opened. The manufacture date is September 2021, but there is no expiration date.   Yes, they can, as long as you don't have damage to the airways or lungs which isn't healed or causes bleeding. The device helps clear the airways and improve lung capacity.

  When you are using this, at the recommended 45 degree angle, can you see the ball bearing well enough, so you know you are exhaling correctly? Seems yes, you could, however with a bit cross-eyed focusing. And doing that for 5 minutes, might create some dizziness (for me), maybe not for others. Has this symptom ever come up in reviews from your customers? Thank you.
