Her holding on to her plushy friend so tightly was so precious. She does look like a very happy sloth there at the end :)

I know it is to protect both the human and the sloth from the sharp extremities- but it is just soooooo cute that they get a cuddly toy! 😄

The baby sloth actually needed someone that was a very gentle caregiver to wash and dry it, put lotion on it and brush its hair. There was no reason to handle such a delicate little creature with anything other than the utmost love and care.

He seem quite happy getting a bath to me. Love these little guys

​@@EL-mc3cs The claims of mistreatment/abuse at this sanctuary are actually just unsubstantiated accusations made by 2 former employees. The claims were made, like, 6 (?) years ago now and there's still no proof of any kind of abuse.

So cute! I guess at least with a sloth they will not get far attempting to escape before you grab themn again!!! Beyond adorable - bless all who care for all animals
