I agree

I really liked this video and I noticed that I am on pathway number 2. I spend a lot of time neglecting and rejecting who I am instead of accepting and working with who I am. This will also help a lot with writing my application letters, writing on what I want and how I want to contribute to their project. I am not a blank slate for someone else to fill in.

I'm slowly getting to pathway number 2 but it's not easy when your survival is mostly dependent on pathway number 1 and it's either I reach a breaking point or I just go ahead and jump

Like many I was conditioned from birth to believe that Pathway 1 was the sole option, no other choice. Then after following this path and hitting numerous pain barriers Pathway 2 miraculously materialised. My self narrative was always “I could, I should… “ then suddenly life slapped me around the face and the should’s became a MUST - I had taken off and landed on Pathway 2 - shame it took a number of decades to arrive, then the self learning arrived slowly dissolving the self loathing. 🎉 Thank you for the meditation!
