What I learnt : 1. Should Start small even we have very small capital. 2. Should always respect employee and treat them equally and make them feel like owners. 3. Quality matters more. 4. Degree doesn't matter to build startups. Thanks for Amazing Content.

Damn good! The kind of incisive insight you have is absolutely astounding. You managed to compare LIJJAT PAPPAD & APPLE in the same breadth and successfully proved that LIJJAT PAPPAD is a better example of corporate vision, mission culture & ethics versus a tech giant like Apple. Absolutely fantastic. You are amazing man! I did my MBA in the early 2000’s and never even heard of these case studies. These cases studies should be discussed in all B-schools in India and outside, they are shining examples of Indian entrepreneurship ability. You should be thinking of putting together all your case studies in a book.

Proud to be a lijjat papad user since 20 plus years

We keep reading books about people from other places and became so convinced that our people had nothing to offer. Stories like Lijjat and Chick shampoo are proof that we stand shoulder to shoulder with the world when it comes to innovation in business.

There is a lijjat papad centre near my home and the lijjat sisters come to the centre in buses 🙂

I have thought about these women for sometime now.... As we can compare the present situation where there are plenty of well qualified professionals.. staying jobeless due to the over education they receive and greediness towards maintaining high bank balance!! I am hooked to your case-studies. The charisma lies in the way you present them. Rather than a sermon, it seems as if a friend is telling me an anecdote passed on to him. The way you paraphrase in the end, helps us a retain the content with its core intact. More power to you Ganesh! I don't know if you know it but you are truly making a difference to the lives of those who wanted to read an MBA but could not make it. With you, I truly feel I am a part of the process.

What I learnt: 1. We should not compromise with our values just to build profit which would literally have a bad impact on the image of the company and it would lose customers. 2. Employees must be treated well so that they dedicate their time and effort with love, not just for the sake of money. 3. The motive of any start-up must be to solve problems of the society and would be reward back with profit directly/indirectly to exist in the market.

thank you for this video, real nice to know the history of such a brand. its sometimes hard to find Lijat Papad in some stores, have had to go hunting. there are other brands that have tried to mimic Lijat Papad but dont taste the same.
