Just got 13 mins in, and holy cow, using a meat grinder to grind beans better than a food processor, and saving 8 grand in the process, is just... wow. This whole endeavour is really impressive already. Really captures how good ideas can come out of tough situations. I'm not even much of a beef jerky guy (had some, even the hottest and savoriest ones I could find were way too sweet for my taste), but this is still heartwarming and captivating to watch. As a filmmaker I appreciate this little mini doc cus I have been wondering your history a little bit and you are very entertaining. You can clearly see how much you care and not a lot of people are willing to put in the love nowadays. Thats what makes you stand out from the rest, not just the care and want to be a perfectionist but putting in the time and effort and by that you bring your family closer together which is beautiful. I strive to do the same one day, and its great to see that you spent more time chasing success with them behind you than a bunch of random people who are money hungry who are just addicted to creating businesses and not the passion of it all!
