I tried scurl on my hair down to the roots and then I had to cut it but I still have staight hair should I cut my hair bald then wait for my natural hair to grow back to get waves I really need your response

Spandex doesn’t get love BUT what I have noticed is if you use a silky as the first layer and then use the spandex durag as a compression booster. That will give you maximum compression and good coverage to lay the hair down. Also I toss my head a lot when I sleep and the spandex durags do the best to keep it in place. I used to throw a boo boo cap on top but the spandex top layer is way better and it won’t wear out like the booboo cap

I basically did the same but it would be durag spandex durag. If tied properly I wouldn’t get headaches.

Velvet Durags are good for helping a wavers hair dry after doing either the Shower Brush/Wash n Style methods. Since the velvet fabric would absorb all the water from the wavers head. While Silky Durags would only stay wet for a long time. So when I wavers finish Wash n style, the wave should put on either a silky durag or wave cap, to rinse their waves. And then were a velvet durag on top to help their waves dry faster. While for shower brushing a wave should put on a silky durag/wave cap, and put a velvet durag on top to help their waves dry faster.

Would it be a okay for a waver to wear a durag their not brushing their was? After a brush session they'll keep the durag on until another brush session later in the day. Then repeat the process throughout the day.

Start soft when Your hair is low or fresh than once you get some growth You up on the Medium only when you feel you got enough growth don't hurt yourself 💪

Tsurag have the best wave caps. Their stringless durag is ok but the wave caps🔥🔥🔥. Keeps hair soft and laid.

The thing I DO like about polyester durags though, is that the tails are usually way less wide. Those wide tails can be obstructive and time consuming to flatten and position correctly. Imo that black poly joint has the perfect width. I had a Conair durag like that except it was a bit thicker material
