The robber was a threat to everybody in that restaurant. If the customer that shot him was an off-duty police officer none of this would be. No charges should be brought against the customer that shot the robber.

This guy was arrested previously for a crime where he held the door for a robber in a robbery situation and the victim and that robbery was killed he was sentenced to 7 years in prison and that night when he decided to grab a gun and go rob a taco store with people inside he decided his fate and the likelihood that he could get killed especially during the robbery with a fake gun

The gun was fake, I know of a case of a young man here in Sacramento who robbed someone with a fake gun, and a rookie sheriff shot and killed him. He put himself in a position to be hunted down to be killed. What a sad state of things in things country!!

There was an awful murder case in Taqueria Texas in which a bald customer committed murder. I wished someone in there would’ve tackle or end that awful bald customer life the moment that he murdered the poor 30 year old. Once he gets charged then he should get sentenced to the DP or LWOP as Texas have that currently. That was an extremely disturbing scene. He even became a thief stealing the dead man’s money. If this isn’t a state imposed DP case then I honestly don’t know what is. My condolences goes out to the family of the 30 year old and may Eric E. Washington rest in peace & fly high. Sad and senseless murder of Eric W. Anything less than LWOP or DP for the bald customer is absolute injustice to the family who lost their beloved son too soon.
