10:34 THE PLANT NAME: Polyscias Scutellaria, the shield aralia, or plum aralia, is a tropical shrub or small tree reaching 2-6 meters in height. A native of the Southwest Pacific islands, it is commonly grown in gardens.

I agree with the genus but the species might be P. balfouriana actually. The stems/ trunks of this species are more elongated and slender compared to P. scutellaria.

I absolutely love this entire video and seeing your dad’s personality is an honor. He’s still a child at heart! I cried when he made a wish for world peace. My mom’s birth country, El Salvador, was ravaged by war too. Despite Vietnam’s war history, your dad still has love for the world and humanity. Incredible.

That fish' egg fruit name according to your father is very logical because it's seeds really looks like tiny eggs of fish and I think it should be named like that. It is called Aratiles in my country (Philippines)....delicious, sweet & nutritious..... grows anywhere in the Philippines coming from bird's poop and has different names like Jamaican berry, Kerson fruit etc ...scientific name is Muntigia calabura.
