Ingredients
உளுந்து - 200 GMS
சீரகம் - ¼ TSP
மிளகு - ¼ TSP
இஞ்சி - ½ TSP
வெங்காயம் - 1
கறிவேப்பிலை - தேவையான அளவு
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
பச்சை மிளகாய் - தேவையான அளவு
பெருங்காயம் - சிறிதளவு

Chef, today made kara pongal, coconut chutney and ulundu vada for dnr.pongal n vada i made as per ur recipe..wow..both were so yummy n delicious..vada i fried twice like how u showed n added the ingredients as told by u..really really the vada was so crispy , tasty..TQ for the tasty healthy n yummy recipes.

Every time I made this recipe it never came well any mistakes were happened but ippodhan therinjikiten yen oil kudikidhudhunu neenga maavu batter uh thick consistency la grind panni irukinga so that's what the matter inimel naan correct pannikuven thanks for this wonderfull recipe
