As an Eagles fan I'm very impressed by this group on the couch. Very unbiased commentary that are asking the questions that everyone is asking. There's a passion and a hunger that is missing, close and good games against Richmond and St Kilda have not lit a fire in the boys. Extremely confusing and the footage of Yeo and the rest of the fellas is damning :(

@@redtiger4352 At that point, St Kilda had narrowly lost to Port and beat Brisbane, both of them away games for the Saints. They were playing well. The Eagles weren't great that night, but they were good.

As a tiger fan, I wouldnt read much into running over the top of us. We actually haven’t won any games this year decided by less than four goals. We’ve chocked every close game.

@@Wayne-ker mate, I'm a die hard eagles fan but what he said is true.... the performances we are putting in are horrendous. We are playing like a bottom of the table team. Looks at our playing list. Absolutely start studded yet all we can muster up is the bullshit we saw over the weekend. It's sad. I hope the boys get going it's not looking good. We should of done a LOT more over the last 5 years with the names in our list.

Sorry but its the gameplan thats the problem. Players are chasing and running... but because they play an outdated zone defense the players are not responsible for a direct opponent so they get caught out. You can see where Duggan is playing in open space he has a player goalside of him that he should have followed... instead he went to the player in front he could see that was on his own... whilst the other opponent just runs into the forward line and creates the extra man. All Simmo has to do is tell the players to start going back to basics... play 1 on 1 and you are responsible for your own opponent.... and I guarantee this team would play 100 times better.

It pains me these truthful conversations are being had about my great club. I'm backing us in this weekend to beat Melbourne.

As a Collingwood fan I waited and waited for Eagles to get going. Nothing, nada, zero, zip.

I’ll say this West Coast need to rebuild their list they have played finals five years ago and only finished top four twice that’s it game plan is slow ball movement and they don’t defend one on ones so Melbourne do have the chance of beating them as well as they are flat track bullies simple as that

It's becoming an all too familiar pattern for the Eagles. Horror performances against Geelong, Sydney, and now Collingwood. Not to mention a home ground loss to North Melbourne as well. Will they ever learn? They can't just pick and choose when they're going to put in the effort and when they're not going to put in the effort.

I've been on the west coast subreddit. So many "fans" ignore facts and ignore the fact the coach picks on reputation, instead of form. Darling, cripps, sheed, Cole and a few others shouldve been dropped. They delisted Jetta, and leave premiership hero Hutchings out despite him being fully fit. Hopefully clarkson will be the new coach

Everybody wants to be the coach, judge & jury... well there are many other teams, if not all, over the course of history that go through bad/horrible patches of games, but the wheel eventually turns...yes it is embarrassing but let's move forward... please look at the positives...😀

The only time West Coast gets air on Fox Footy is when they're bad haha. You don't hear a peep when they win but they love smashing them. They deserve a smashing but it's so predictable.
