It’s so satisfying how you put the DVD’s in the colour order
Living for the fact you collect DVD’s too!!! Everyone is always telling me to collect blueray’s but I just think DVD’s look better together!
Oh man, seeing the saw covers just transported me to walking through the aisles of Blockbuster growing up
I thought I was the only one who appreciates DVDs. I'll treasure my collection more because of your video. Thanks.
Thank you mrs Sarah’s mom for letting Sarah watch weird movies as a child bc now I get to watch her lovely reviews ❤️
1:05 oh gosh i was about to ask you "OMG DID YOU HAVE A CHILD" but then i realised it's the cat
love this so much! thank you for sharing!!! loved seeing “the others” in your collection! it’s my all time favorite horror comfort film. just watched it the other day :)
I feel like you would LOVE the movie "Stay Alive" Its about this group of people who play a video game, and it starts out with them reading this page but its actually a curse.... and basically how they die in the game is how they die in real life until someone kills the main bad character in the game. Its crazy good.

Britteny Rose; she’s talked about it before.
You got to pick up DONT BREATHE. Best horror thriller of the decade in my opinion.
I’ve been waiting for this!! I organise mine in the exact same way and only buy second hand. I really love hunting for collections.
Nice to see Jennifer’s Body on the favorites rack, it’s one of my favorites too!
Nice to see DVDs and not just Blu-rays. I often see people only seem to own only Blu-rays and I wonder about all the films that do not exist in that format. It's like people who show you their vinyl collection and don't own any older LP's. And yes indeed if you find certain kinds of films for cheap, you really don't need to upgrade. Thanks for the tour. (Fear Dot Com is pretty cool. I own the DVD too!)
Credit to you for still buying DVD's, I didn't even know people still did that.
I have a really hard time sleeping at night so having your videos to watch (yes, even the horror lol) is super comforting. Your voice is as familiar to me as my family members at this point haha
Whenever you talk about The Haunting of Molly Hartley, it makes me so happy because I want to make movies eventually and you stanning that movie let's me know that no matter how poorly a movie is received, there's gonna be at least one fan out there somewhere! Nice video btw!
Wow. This channel feels like home. I love how much of a horror movie buff you are, it’s so cute to see people in their zone when talking about their passions.

People judge you for only collecting DVDs and not blu Ray ...becoming obsessed and giving me crap for only collecting DVDs 😒😒😒
I'm glad you have decided to stay with DVDs. I upgraded to BD a long time ago. By that I mean that I'll get new releases on that format. Doesn't mean I'll buy my entire (huge) DVD collection again. However, I buy used for the most part. And the movies I just like on DVD. Still, one of the movies I got came with advertising of that time and the nostalgia hit me hard. Those were the days. Before streaming. So that's why I like that there are people that still get DVD.
Wow you have such an epic collection of movies!! Thank you heaps for sharing with us

70s and 80s are definitly the golden age of Horror
This is a trip down memory lane! God, I remember seeing Fear Dot Com in theaters opening night! It's always fun to see how other horror collectors organize their collections. Great video!
It’s interesting how horror fans stick pretty closely to specific time eras of horror to collect. I personally heavily collect 70s to 80s horror movies. To me personally that was when horror was at its best and most uncensored. I noticed “wizards” in your collection that’s pretty random.
1:56 That's the cat saying: "I want to show my horror collection too!" 😉🐱❤️
Yeah, I'm so happy you made this video 😃 You have a very nice collection. Also I love buying DVDs secondhand. It always makes me happy to find a rare movie that regular stores don't sell anymore 😊
OMGGGGGGG you have The Rocky Horror Picture Show! YES!
I still prefer blu rays over DVDs. They're not that much more expensive and you can still find great deals on them. It's too much of a strain on my eyes if I try to watch a standard DVD. Once you go blu you know it's for you. Nice collection, btw. 👍

A Very relaxing and calming watch, no? Lol.
I know this isn't a hot take or anything, but I just wanted to say how grateful I am that you are so genuine in expressing your favorite horror. I remember back in high school I was friends with so many people that were like """"If you're not breaking into abandoned buildings with a TV and watching martyrs six times in a row until you throw up you're not really a horror fan""""" and it was exhausting. I just really appreciate your perspective.
You mentioned that DVDs dont look that much different so i was curious, what kind of tv and player do you have? Bc older movies specifically look SO much better on blu-ray and 4K and I noticed this was a video you put out recently. I also have plenty of DVDs but I not longer buy them unless it's the only format available. Also, big ups on having Pontypool! Absolutely amazing movie. And I have a couple Blockbuster dvds too
@boydudereviews

While I do agree that Blu-rays have a much better visual quality than dvds, I think most peole don't really care about it. I remember when I replaced all my Marvel dvd collections with blurays and while I did notice the difference in audio quality and resolution, I don't think it really justified the price.

@@boydudereviews i own a movie rental and sales store and I can assure you most people care about the quality. But I mean if you put a bluray player on a shitty TV, it'll look like shit. To each their own, just keep supporting physical media!

@@boydudereviews I like Blu Ray's because they are smaller but I usually only get them if it's a movie I really love. Most of the time I'm fine with buying movies on DVD though if it's a movie I simply enjoy.
I really appreciate your love of “bad” horror movies because I too love “bad” ones and I feel like no one gets it! I have also found a lot of favorites through your channel (like Pontypool! I absolutely loved it!). I eventually had to buy binders for all of my DVDs because I just didn’t have the space for all of them! We also have a ton of digital content but we still get favorites on DVD too! Also, I cannot express how happy I was to see Home Room in your collection. Please watch it. You will not regret it. It is one of my most beloved movies. The speech at the end kills me every time, honestly the whole end portion wrecks me emotionally. I love it.
you have REALLY good taste :) & i love how its colour coordinated
I never was interested in buying dvds because I'm not into having stuff lying around when it can be digitised, but the nostalgia hit me hard here and I want to collect now 😭
This video was so cool and it made you connect more with us ( your followers ) and also , it did remind me that back home , I have plenty of horror dvds !! I want them back lol
Yess so glad you finally showed us your collection! 😍 I also didn’t realize how many amazing horror movies were on Depop, I’m about to purchase a belligerent amount of dvds
I organise my horror DVDs by colour too! I love collecting DVDs over anything else because my family have always been obsessed with buying and collecting them :)
I remember P2!. Not a horror fan, but I remember watching it on TV followed by The Strangers at midnight or something. Really liked both movies but P2 more. Anyway good collection and great presentation (like hearing the stories behind each VHS, DVD ,Blue Ray) .
I hope to use "cardboard situation" in at least one conversation this week.

I JUST found your channel this morning and I’ve been watching all your vids haha ^^ I love horror, I have a lot of the same opinions as you! My all time favorite horror movie (I guess as of right now) is the Shining. People make fun but I am in love with it and watch it every year. Also I share the same amount of love for the ring as much as you do!
I have waited for this in months!! Finally😍
The Hunting In Connecticut was actually the very first horror movie I ever watched, it has a special place in my heart. ❤️
loved this! Interesting that you sort them by colour, I sort mine alphabetically but yours is very aesthetically pleasing :)
Sorry, I walked away for a minute so I wasn't looking at the screen when you were like, "I like romcoms sometimes....Clueless.....Schindler's List....." and I know you corrected yourself but I laughed out loud. XD Great video as always!! I love seeing what movies people decide to own vs. just stream. There's something precious about the movies we choose to watch over and over.
The Fourth Kind is my favorite alien movie, scared the shit out of me lol
Love your collection!!! And I’m def rewatching the horror collection from 7 years ago 😉
The haunting in Connecticut scared me so much the first time I ever watched it lol but it’s pretty underrated and I rarely see anyone talk about it myself but it’s good I like it. I love that you enjoy all these other movies that many don’t know about or don’t like I’m the same way usually. Great collection ❤️
if u like early 2000’s horror, i definitely recommend cry_wolf! (it had bon jovi in it... need i say more? lmao) ive seen it so many times just bc its one of those comfort movies bc of the atmosphere. and if u like comedy commentary tracks, Pretty Much It did one for it and the main guy loooves the movie and tells some interesting facts about the movie (like how it was only made bc the director won a contest!) if u do watch it, pls mention it in a video sometime bc i really feel like it’s something you would like!
"O was a kid when DVD was invented!" I was in high school...oh my god, I can see The Reaper on the horizon...
I absolutely love videos like these. Great collection!
This is so cool! I used to buy dvds all the time, then I married and there’s no space for them anymore lol When I move to a bigger house I hope to restart my collection
My mom was the same way so my love of horror comes right from her! She let me watch any scary movie (usually when they played on tv so they were a little more tame lol) and I’ve loved horror ever since. Especially Stephen King I ended up keeping her collection of his novels after she passed away❤️
I loved this! We have so many of the same DVDs that I could have been looking at my own shelf
just thought you should know that i come back to this video every time as a comfort video ❤️
Thats a great collection 👌. Love how detailed you are with the movies . Also love the cat in the beginning 😁
I have been waiting for a collection video from you forever!!
The haunt in Connecticut is literally my FAVORITE possession movie EVER
Great collection. Lot of good, essential titles. And you are right - dvd's are basic and simple!
Love your cat! and I think she or he loves you too because its making noises asking you to pet him/her
I think you have an awesome collection Sarah, and what's funny you say to go through the bins of dvds at walmart I do that all the time actually I even do that at Dollar General. You actually inspired me to organize my own dvd collection.
DVD’s organised by colour???... never heard of anyone doing that !!! Looking at my dvd rack will never be the same again. I’m sure all my reds would go well together... then there’s quite a few whites. 😉. Great video and some wonderful dvd’s. Will certainly check out Pontypool 👍🏻
This is the best collection of Horror movies I have ever seen so 👍👍n “HATTS OFF” to you
I’m surprised you don’t have the house of wax! I loved that movie growing up and saw it everyday when I got home from school.
goals, i've been trying to expand my collection but it's so hard when you have no space for them. i want mine on display and they're all put away in a box /:
Disturbia is a comfort movie for me as well. I can't even think of how many times I've seen it, but I watched it for the first time in a few yearsand still knew most of the words. P2 and Fear Dot Com are great as well.
Just love this video! I don't buy dvds anymore but if I did my collection would look like yours! My parents also let me watch pretty much anything I was born in 81 and been watching horror since 1991
I don't know what that material on the front of your copy of Disturbia is called but I literally have a physical aversion to that sound & feeling when you scratch it, it makes my skin crawl! I always have to avoid those covers. Anyway great collection, lots of underrated movies! I liked Home Room, interesting take on the effects of a school shooting.
also I love that you keep the stickers on them too, I do that as well lol
Great collection, you definitely have some great ones no question. Your 2000's dvds really bring me back because I was a teen back then to, and I remember when most came out plus I used to stock shelves at blockbuster video when I was 19 20 years old. Definitely remember seeing P2 on the shelves. Great video

I can believe you found the Alien collection at Walmart for that price! Love you collection and some really underrated gems there
Never been this early. I’ve been waiting for this! This is kinda random lol but you should binge watch all of the Halloween movies.
Learnt a bit and took recommendations! nicely done.
I love your movie collection. It makes me feel better when I hear a movie that I watched and loved. 😍
Always makes me happy when I see people collect physical media. Nice collection for sure. You should look into Arrow Video titles (if you haven’t already). It’s a great label that focuses on b-horror/cult movies. Good way to discover more obscure movies. Greetings from Sweden!
The Lovely Bones, I saw it in High School and it has stuck with me for life. It is a disturbing story.
Have you seen Cinemassacre's Monster Madness videos? James Rolfe has a huge horror collection and reviews a lot of horror of all kinds, specially classic horror. This video of you showing your collection reminded me of a video he did of his "Rental store" basement he made with his movies. Awesome collection by the way!
Firstly I want to say that snowpiercer is also one of my favourite movies of all time and secondly I'm so happy that I have found another person who likes passengers 😍
It makes me happy that you have horror movies as comfort movies as well. I thought I was weird for having The Lost Boys and Army of Darkness as comfort movies xP also, I grew up watching Rocky Horror too lmao
I wish you had more old stuff. Some really great flicks are What Ever Happened to Baby Jane, the original first two Amityville movies, Dead Alive and The Ugly. Nice collection so far though. I think the Haunting in Connecticut is super under rated actually.
The great thing about dvd is that you don't have to worry about putting it in one day and finding out you can't play it because something messed up on the digital end of it. Two different times I've been locked out of watching a bluray on my ps4 because it went to update the ads or whatever it does and it failed. Now every time I want to play them I have to turn off the internet
Awesome video! Nice collection. Glad I’m not the only one who still collects DVD’s these days!!!

I like Blu Ray and 4K for quality playback on my HD projector (I love recreating the big screen experience) and the good 3Ds are on Blu Ray. As for other good places to buy value priced movies...ebay, Facebook Marketplace (I've bought whole collections there), pawn shops (most are $1), The Dollar Stores for a dollar (not Dollar General), used book stores like 2nd and Charles, Target has a value section on older titles and black Friday specials get big real recent releases for half price or better.
Loved this so much, but to own roanoak on dvd out of all the American horror story, you neeeeed asylum😀😀❤️❤️
