one of my biggest pet peeves is when people think that your favourite movies has to be aWaRd wInNinG 10/10 when a favourite movie just has to be something you enjoy and makes you happy :))

Exactly, favourites are personal and about enjoyment. A movie doesn't have to be a masterpiece to be a favourite.

I watched Triangle last week for the first time after you mentioned it in one of your videos and I ADORED it. The next day I showed my family and watching them get sucked into the story and getting to experience it again just really solidified my love for it. It’s already made a place in my top ten just in that short amount of time so thanks for the suggestion!
This was such a fun idea! Love hearing about your favorites. Would you do another "favorite low rated movies" video? That one was hilarious and I'd love to see more!

When you realize that your old self is cringey even thought it isn’t you just think that cause that’s your old self.
I would love to see a video where you list every category you consider a “sub genre” of horror and your top movie for each category!! 😊
Omg your face while watching these old videos is killing me 😂 I discovered your other channel about six years ago and have seen you and your content grow and evolve. Love this! 🖤
My top 10, not in order: - Halloween (1978) - The Shining - Hereditary - Us - The Strangers - Misery - It (2017) - Insidious - The Sixth Sense (I consider it horror) - It Follows Plus my honourable mentions: Scream, Hush, Mother, Midsommar, The Conjuring, 28 Weeks later and The Hills Have Eyes (2006)

🔥Oculus is SO good! Such an underrated horror movie. Same with The Decent as well; Much respect for those picks!👌🏾💯
I'm pretty sure we're the same age, so I grew up with and loved a lot of 2000s movies. But I also grew up watching 80s horror, and some of those will forever be in my top ten based solely on sentimental value.
My top 10 (nowadays): - The fourth kind (the only movie that scares me to even don't sleep in weeks) - Alien: the eight passenger - The vvitch - A tale of two sisters - Goodnight mommy - Midsommar - The lighthouse - The conjuring - The chainsaw massacre
@theupwardspiral1580

The fourth kind is why im still afraid when i see lights in the sky haha im so glad when i see other people talk about it
Thirteen Ghost I feel like is under appreciated, and I’m so pumped to see it on your top 10 list. It was one of the first horror movies I remember seeing when I was younger
if i remember right, a while back you said you hadn’t seen most of the childsplay/chucky films, and i was thinking quarantine would be a great time to marathon them all. i’d love to see a ranking video from you on them! 🖤
Saw you talk about Triangle in another video and I love it so much! I recommend it anyone who will listen and can't wait to watch it again.
it's crazy how much movie taste changes over time but there's always those special ones that will stick with you. I love these videos cause i love seeing how varied everyone's lists are and always get new movies to watch
This is probably one of the videos I've enjoyed the most from you, I loved seeing baby Sarah again since I've been following you for so long haha also such a great example of how people's tastes evolve especially in their 20s. Surprised you didn't include anything from del Toro in this list, would love to see a top 5 GDT movie list next 😊😊
Just started watching your videos and am amazed at your transformation on KZread. You can tell that the first video was a completely different person just trying to find her footing on this site. It's awesome to see how far you've come, honestly. And I LOVE your list. Its very unique. So glad I've found your videos.
i love all of your videos, horror and the personal ones, they really help me more than you will know. thankyou
Thirteen Ghosts!! The first time I saw it was with my older cousins and I was waaay too young but the special features on it are awesome! Scream Factory are putting out a release this year that’s a must have

The Jackal TERRIFIED me as a teen. Still didn’t stop me from watching this movie pretty much weekly though. The BTS back stories for each of the ghosts were even better than the movie imo
I watched triangle on your recommendation and I loved it it was very trippy and I had no idea how it was going to end!
I've been loving reacting to and watching old videos! Loved this!
Thx so much for recommendation for Triangle. Really enjoyed this mind-trip of a movie!
Absolutely adored your hair in the second video and such a beautiful hair color!
My Top 10: 10. Hush (2016) 9. Friday the 13th (2009) 8. Trick r Treat (2007) 7. Midsommar (2019) 6. The Exorcist (1973) 5. The Strangers (2008) 4. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) 3. The Shining (1980) 2. SAW (2004) 1. A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) Honorable Mentions: IT (2017), Freddy vs Jason (2003), The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016), and A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)
This was a fun video you looked so different in 2013 I wouldn’t of even recognized you
This was a great video haha I really liked your reactions to your old top ten vids, really cute
So glad to see someone who loves thirteen ghosts as much as I do! There just something about it I love, I’ve seen it so many times and actually rewatched it just a few days ago!
I discovered your channel this year and I think I love it because yes ... the 2000's are the best era ... and yes I change my list of favourites horror movies as often as you do 😅😂
Great idea for a video. Fun to watch. I rewatched Triangle based on your tweet recently and enjoyed the movie a lot. The only problem I had with it is it reminded me too much of nightmares I have where things or events are repeated and I have urgent obstacles to overcome. I called them stress dreams, where I wake up exhausted. Even the movie Groundhog Day stresses me out. And that Freddie movie where it keeps repeating. Part 5 maybe? Anyway, great list.
aww lispy Sarah! I’ve been watching you for so long, I’ve loved seeing your growth as a person and creator
Your videos are so great because you’re so good at summarizing so it’s enjoyable to watch even if the vid is like 20 minutes, you’re super passionate about horror, and I’m too scared to watch these movies but I’m still interested in them so I watch your reviews so I can still sleep at night😂
oh wow i never realized how long i’ve been following u for until now haha i rmr that second top 10 list! also you could do a video on the filming of texas chainsaw and other films you like in which perhaps the actors weren’t treated that nice
I dislike gatekeeping. The only prerequisite to being a horror movie fan is that you love horror movies. Period. It doesn't matter which ones you like or don't like, it matters that you DO like horror. That's it. Gatekeepers spoil everything.
I'd love to see your do this for the "movies I'm looking forward to" videos you've done. Like I know you review those movies, but it would be cool to see you do a little recap on them all in one go. Did they meet your expectations? Do you want your money and time back?

i watched Triangle because you recommended it and it is definitely one of my favorite horror movies! i’m glad that you said it’s a good “beginner” horror movie. i watched it with my boyfriend who is very easily scared and we both greatly enjoyed it ☺️
Discovered you about a month or so and I really enjoy your opinions even though you ramble a bit LMFAO. You and Dumdrums are my favs. So I've been a horror fan since I was a wee lad. Im 50 now and Im not as amused as I once was, but Im still faithful. So I enjoy your Top 10's and I thought I'd share mine. An old man like me might have a slightly different list than most kids your age. These are in no particular order. 1.Alien 2.The Exorcist 3.Demons (1985) 4. Night Of The Demons (1988) 5.Dawn Of The Dead (1978) 6. Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things. (A total B but creepy zombies) 7.The Thing (50's version) 8.The Thing (1982) 9.The Ring 10.Return Of The Living Dead
Your reactions to old you are fantastic. I love that you love Alien 3. I couldn't even do a top 10 I'd have to do like a top 50.
You looked so different in 2013 and your looks improved a lot. I love people top 10 lists because I could get some good things on it. 😊

Hi Sarah! Thank you for the video! You are super fun and seeing you helps me with my mental health right now. Please check GoodBad Flicks Exploring The thing prequel, it is not only interesting but they talk about the practical effects, the movie had them but the executives force them to put digital effects over them and change the ending.

i legit watched your video from 2012 about "megan is missing" because its a tiktok trend, and now i actually cant stop watching you rvideos
The thing i hate the most about The Thing prequel is that they DID film a lot of the scenes with practical effects. Then the studio came along and shat CGI all over it and removed the vast majority of all the practical stuff. You can still find some of the stuff showing off the Thing Prequels practical effects and the monsters. They look amazing too. No idea why in the end they decided to go with all CGI instead. The effects were done by Studio ADI, who are headed by 2 guys who worked closely under Stan Winston himself.
I also really loved Gretel and Hansel! I'm glad to see it get some love.
Hereditary will always be my number one because I went in completely blind so I was just stunned from start to finish I did not know what was coming. Insidious is probably a close second because I watched it in theaters when I was 13 and it traumatized me. I just remember screaming a lot, crazy jump scares during that theater experience.
Your videos help my anxiety💀thank you🖤
