    What is more energy taxing, stride length or rate? For example some that takes 5 steps to reach certain distance rather than 6?

    Going to be different from one person to the next. Some people use more energy to pick up distance while others use more energy in their leg turnover.. I would say in general it is more difficult or more challenging to teach someone with poor turnover rate to step by step increase turnover rate..
