Unfortunately, since we didnt do great last year, next year we'll probably send someone with a cheesy, catchy song with glitz and glamour and colours. This was undoubtedly the best song belgium has sent forward, but thats also the end of it. Eurovision needs colours and a good act, Hoverphonic showed a black tint and soberness.

I had not realised that Hoverphonic did the theme tune to the BBC TV series " Mile High" (a 2002 series about air cabin crew). It was one of my favorite shows.

This song is not for Eurovision, but for everyday listening in my playlist. So amazing

This was totally the most underrated song, I can't believe it only got 3 public points. If I try to imagine which songs from the contests I would listen to on a random day, this would be one of my top pics.

Hooverphonic has been one of my fav bands for a long time and honestly this is one of their weakest songs

its been 2 years and im still listening to this. underrated.

Belgium is my true winner. Her voice makes me relax and comfortable. She sings very confidently and clearly. It is a shame for European public and council made this song 19th in contest.

I haven't heard of this band before abd i am mega gratedul to ESC for the opportunity to get to know about them. The song and performance itself is so magnetic and catchy, I wasn't expecting such effect from this song but you really become addicted to it very quickly. Moreover I am super amazed by the Belgian TV broadcaster and jury, all their picks for the contest are unique yet so brave, people don't believe that these songs are suitable for "Eurovision format" but these guys see and feel deeper than the usual observer. Even if this time Belgium didn't get proper recognition it was still performance of a great quality.

I wasn't keen on their entry last year, but then they changed their singer to Geike, who was their lead singer in the 90s, when they were most popular. I have one of their songs, Eden, etched into my head because it was in the movie I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, i watched that movie so many times. It's a great song.

OMG! The song is great! And Geike's voice is unique and iconic! Geike should know that she is loved and remembered by her fans! When me and my family heard the song "Mad about you" we were so amazed and charmed with Geike's angelic vocals and music!

More than a year later and I still love this song and performance.

The most beautiful song- Hooverphonic whole back again with Geike and her intertemporal divine voice & presence . 12 points from me 🇬🇷🇬🇷

Верняк! Ну почему не заметили?.. Мне сразу понравилась песня и ребята какими то родными показались. К ним не приходится привыкать и пытаться расслушать что либо через силу.

Did anyone notice the back up singer for belgium in 2021 came back in 2023? She's a wonderful singer, great to see her again this year perform with a more up beat song with Gustaph. Bravo 👏🏻❤

Not sure about the kids dont lie when it comes to music ----- mine went thru dodgy baby shark do do do doo do do and muppets Manamana phases, and my 7 year old girl is currently in beiber on loop phase!!!! ARRRGGGHHH ------ but yours got it spot on about this one =)

Well said, totaly agree with you! They too classy to be there in the first place yet maybe some lost kids discovered them and does not stray to basic blasphemy music industry.

Good luck Belgium. I've always been a fan of Hooverphonic. In this song there is all their elegance and musical refinement. Very high quality. I am so happy they've taken part at the contest.

For Hooverphonic Evrovision is that wrong place. It's too good

But it is awful. The tune is like an annoying fly buzzing and her voice is monotone and she can barely sing. Eurovision is something to mock and laugh at because 99% of the songs are cheesy/sound terrible.
