А в этом и нет главенствующего значения. Просто удивляюсь нашим "высокоинтеллектуальным" комментаторам. Уровень мышления такой- ни о смысле, ни о творчестве, ни о мурашках по коже от песни, ни о харизме певицы. Дверь... А то, что лоскутки с народными орнаментами и даже бусы для этого платья присылали люди со всех уголков многонациональной России, чтобы на видное место их пришили. Люди приняли Манижу и хотели приобщиться к её исполнению и поддержать её. И чтобы весь мир узнал, какая разнообразная и яркая наша страна, где каждому хорошему человеку есть место, независимо от национальности. И каждый хочет жить в мире и безопасности.

Destiny is amazing for example, but this woman is a queen.

Какой гуманистический посыл? Пошли все нафиг, я останусь такой какая есть? А как же саморазвитие, в первую очередь духовно- нравственное? Большая часть разводов и происходит из-за такого эгоистического посыла. Без разницы, мужчины или женщины. А в наше время чаще всего обоюдная причина. Чтобы создавать гармоничный супружеский союз, надо много трудиться над собой, над своими недостатками и пороками. Отдавать свою любовь и заботу родным, близким, а они - тебе. В этом счастье. А не в протестах, хлопании дверьми. Кроме того, она подкрепляет негативный, создаваемый в последнее время, стереотип у неокрепших умов- зачем создавать семью? Чтобы стать несчастной, чтобы плодить безотцовщину? Эгоизм, эгоцентризм, карьеризм, чайлдфри- вот ценности современной молодёжи. Вот ее посыл. И она остервенело хлопает по платью( единственное, что в выступлении есть русского, да и то, достаточно пародийное)по образу наших духовно- нравственных , культурных идеалов, ценностей. Одно издевательство в ее выступлении. Посмотрите на ее мимику без звука. Кривляние и презрение в ее лице. Что нам должно понравиться?!??

Shum is great , Manizha was also a great performer , both are very powerful songs with some eastern-slavic/oriental motives. I also enjoyed Azerbaijan , because of the ethnic motives. I think we should aim to send songs exactly like Shum, Russian Woman , Mata Hari etc. And try to step back a little form the basic, all sound the same type of songs in English....

But "Russian woman" was composed by Israeli musicians, one of them is Ori Kaplan. Kaplan plays the saxophone in songs like "Talk dirty" and "Worth it".

This would've been easily top 3 every other year but this year was insanely strong.

I really liked Solovey last year, but Shum was even so much better and many artists stepped up their game from last year.

Honestly the lyrics are not so great, I get the empowering women which I like. I feel Italy and Ukraine especially blew it out of the water, although I was kinda hoping Russian would come through this year :p

Most of the dislikes are from incels.

I remember reading how controversial this song was in Russia when it came out, and how most Russians hated both the singer and her message. I'm glad that this was the last song Russia sent before its departure from the contest. A complete contrast and rebelious song to the establishment that currently controls the nation. I hope that if Russia were to ever return, that the shot from 2:42 onwards will be what the future Russia will look like. A more peaceful, harmonious and accepting Russia!

The concept, the lyrics and the stage is great, but Manizha's voice... She can't pronounce English well (no improvements since she won the local contest), her singing voice ain't all that and I thought she sounded much better in the semi-finals. Still, an outstanding entry.

Best performance for me. The moment I felt proud to be a Russian women. Her performance was so new,so unexpectedly powerful that I still have tears rewatching it. It means so much to me and to all Russian women who want changes,to all women who want changes. Peace to this world, infinitive respect to this women❤

Its crazy to think that this will be the last Russian entry we are going to see for a long, long time. Well, at least they went out with a bang. One of the strongest Russian entries.

@@matras_channel she was 8th with both televote and juries, but somehow ended up only 9th overall. But yes, she really deserved to win or at least be in the Top 3. Such an iconic entry with an important message. I think that she definitely performed much better with female televoters and female jury members, while I'm sure it was downvoted by many male jurors. Especially from Eastern Countries. Well, Armenia, Belarus and Hungary didn't participate, Russia wasn't supposed to rate their own entry, all the downvoting was going on in Poland, Ukraine and maybe Georgia. That's at least 4 enemies less.

The song itself was weird to me. There are parts that I absolutely love and there are parts that absolutely annoy me and i still cant tell if I like the song or not. And there were two big problemas with the message at an international song competition: 1: It was targeted towards Russian women and at an international stage you probably want to chose a more international message if you want to win. 2: Most of it was in Russian and i love that, but banking on a strong message does not work if the majority of the audience can't understand most of it. However, I don't think she went to Eurovision to win the competetition, she wanted to make a statement for the women in her country and she definitely did that.

I loved the song and everything, but there was no way a message sent to Russian women durectly and only to Russian women would be winning in an international song contest. I wasn't ashamed (I repeat - I loved it and I rewatch it whenever I'm feeling down), but it felt like when your grandparents or parents start telling to the group of your (female) friends, what an amazing woman/person you're)) That wasn't polite, I guess. You should compliment everyone)

I really love the meaning behind the song, but I think internationally, we view it a bit different than if we were Russians ourselves. We sort of see it like: "it's great that she is empowering Russian women, who deserve to be strong and powerful too, despite living in a traditionally conservative country" rather than "she is empowering us all". I think the jury and voters saw it more in the context of empowering those that might be a bit left behind in other countries. More out of solidarity. Which is still a very powerful message! And of course the part where she quotes "Hey, beauty, are you waiting for your prince?" is relatable for all of us!

Так сильно волнуется девочка... столько людей ее хейтели.. она такая сильная, красивая, уверенная, но такое давление трудно выдерживать.. что-то все таки случилось, настроение чувствуется другое. Мне уже плевать на результаты и Евровидение, главное, чтобы с ней было все в порядке💔
