sentino68 well most hk people cook their meat thoroughly before eating it unlike western cuisine which serves meat rare... still dirty i get it but at least safe for consumption.

The videographer is the one who ordered the meat - wouldn't he know what he ordered? Unless you are saying the staff switched it up on him by mistake?
