You make it look really easy. Honey cake is very popular in Czechia too but I’ve been hesitant to try make it myself.
Настояться, то есть "постоять" на английском будет или to rest или to sit ( можно уточнить например: it will have to sit at room temperature for at least an hour или let it stay in the fridge overnight). А английское слово insist означает Настаивать (ну как бы требовать, чтоб было что-то исполнено. Фраза для примера: I insist you come to dinner with us on Thursday. Или He insisted I read that book. Рецепт чудесный и видео очень красивое! Ольга, я только не поняла про загуститель для сметаны. Вы назвали его thickener. Это так прям и называется в магазине? Просто thickener? Никогда не видела раньше (живу в америке. но правда я почти не пеку, так что могу не знать. Ольга, спасибо!
