Man ...i have the same bike AT 2023 standard- red , black- 10800km , and i kind of noticed after many years of biking that like you said that many dealers dont put there time in (aldo important) issues like that , the only reason i dont do the oil chance ea myself with new AT is with my 5 years waranty in case when something serius- expesive-breaks they cant use it against me!...last week i chanced rear schok to hyperpro - 25mm and love the bike even more - handels more like street bike , nb i do 95 % on raod use! The link I had no longer works. It changes often. If you do a quick search on the internet you’ll probably find it somewhere new.I bought it from a site from Spain. In the africa twin forum, there is always indication of new places to buy from. all the best!

Also kind of noticed you dont nead expencive products to gidt that cleaned and chain , i use dasty degreaser - the yellow stuff-costs 2,75 € / 1 liter with great resolt ! Just dont forgett after cleaning to flusch with clear water.. 🙂
