Don't think I've ever heard a player talk about being in service to the instrument and the sounds it can produce. What a beautiful and profound perspective.

What a player, it's fantastic that you leech the amazing, hard-earned wisdom out of these guys, and manage to distill it into a tasty little half-hour soda. It's a great public service for guitarists. They should take all of the home schoolins and put them in the library of congress, an amazing amount of accumulated knowledge being transfered to future generations. Good on you, uncle larry.
