When I used to cook, my cats didn't pay attention much. Then, after seeing Jun do it, I started to let them smell the ingredients I use. Now, they run to kitchen once they hear the sound of the stove starting.

@@Hadrian9707 for vitamin b12, mushrooms and soy products, like soy milk and tofu. For DHA, theres seaweed and chia seeds. For vitamin D3, i already said almond milk. For carnosine, theres edamames, soy sprouts, or green peas. For creatine, well theres no alternative in that, not gonna lie. For iron, spinach and other green vegetables contain ALOT of it, also tofu. And for taurine, theres none vegan food for that too but theres vegan suplements for it.

Aria Ji He has stated in one of his other videos the reason why he does that is because cats don’t get to see much, so whatever you give them they’ll probably find interesting until they stop paying attention

I also started doing this with my cat and he acts in a similar way. What surprised me that he always wants to sit and watch me do the washing up. So now that we do together every day.

I love how the cats seem to be totally engrossed in what you are doing.
