@Harry's wand yea his wife is American, but if you watch their "how we met" video, he spoke English before he met her, and he taught her majority of her Japanese

I see plenty of amazing youtube cooking videos, but none capture the profound attention to detail and care that Jun puts into the things he cooks. The food is so obscure and the skillset so esoteric, in an utterly fascinating way. He gives me the impression he's a fulfilled, gentle, complete soul.

The production quality of your videos is incredible, Jun. And I always love seeing your kitties join in the action in the kitchen!

I am more and more amazed with each video by the sheer quality of everything.. the video editing, the different angles, the crisp focus on the details so we actually see the sugar strings, and most importantly, the creativity and cooking skill Jun has is incredible. Andrea Kae They're the packaging the farm provides, I believe. It's one of those farms where you pick your own produce, weigh it, then they give you some sort of custom packaging to hold whatever you just bought from them.

It's not, though. Somehow I REALLY doubt people have been putting milk into plastic bottles and shaking for HUNDREDS of years. Which is what durian is saying is clever. Rather than have a HUGE ASS WOODEN BUTTER CHURN, this man put it in a plastic container we all have around us, and shook it. That's clever.
