Fluffernutter! Yes! You should most certainly try it! I love that you made Twinkies!

When I was a kid, I loved a fluffernutter with milk occasionally. But I want to try to make these Twinkies. They were always my favorite snack.
Great episode! (I think you need to have a sequel of you enjoying a fluffernutter sandwich.)

@@antichef my daughter loves fluffernutter. The only time I use marshmallow fluff is in my chocolate or peanut butter fudge. LOVE your videos, only found them yesterday and I'm going to run out, pls make more!!!
I bought a Twinkie cupcake mold with the frosting injector 😂 super spongy oily cake with clear vanilla extract
I grew up in Massachusetts and that’s where Marshmallow Fluff originated. Fluffernutters were a great part of childhood (and occasionally adulthood, too!) If you wanted to get really wild you could get raspberry fluff. But this stuff was delicious on warm toast or in hot cocoa in the winter.

@@bonnieamirault3782 I'm from Connecticut and I agree! Whipped cream is for amateurs, it melts in 10 seconds. But a layer of melty marshmallow? 😋 There's nothing better.
You made my day. Twinkies are the ultimate junk food. I love them. (My favorite scene in Zombieland was when Woody went looking for Twinkies) I am willing to bet your Twinkies are better. Great video.
You deserve so much more subscribers, start trying out recepies from this big youtubers Joshua, Babish, Chef John, Ethan Chlebowski etc and put their name in the title of the video i don't know why the algorithm is not recommending your videos. They are great, very entertaining

You guys rock. Thanks so much. The KZread algorithm is a funny one. Some weeks I think it’s about to happen, then the next week it quiets down a bit, and it just keeps doing that. Fingers crossed that it goes my way

You NEED to try a fluffenutter sandwich since you already have the Fluff. I think it’s a rule. I’m not a fan but I didn’t write the rule so...yeah. 🤷♀️
Good job as always!!!
The Red Arrow Diner in Manchester NH makes their own Twinkies. The have a version with a raspberry cream too.
Very cool, so fantastic twinkies😋. Great job👍💯

Thanks Victoria!!
In the 70’s Twinkie’s were delicious- a much moister denser sponge cake than they are now- the formula has completely changed- the closest to the original flavor was always a chocodile (chocolate covered twinkie)
Love it!
The fluffernutter sandwich was a grade school lunch staple, along with the peanut butter and jelly "sammich" of the postwar Baby Boomers. Peanut butter marshmallow saltine crackers was a favorite recess treat.
I love Twinkies ❤
Perfect!
Really enjoyed this video 👍

If you are in London, I here, flour bought in stores is closer to cake flour vs America all purpose is closer to bread flour...hard vs soft flour
try mixing the fluff with cream cheese and use it as a dip for fruit. YUM
I once ordered a grilled fluffernutter at that odd PB sandwich shop that was in NYC until 2016. While a non-grilled fluffernutter might be a good idea, a grilled one was not. There has never been a messier, overly sweet, overly greasy sandwich on the face of the Earth. But yeah, definitely try a fluffernutter, ungrilled as nature intended.
I don't like Twinkies, but what you made looks really good!

Same, I never really went out of my way to have one, but these homemade ones were 🔥
Gave you a mention on Tara Michelle's vlog yesterday. She made a honey cake (sheetcake) from a package mix. Any baking is good these days! Enjoy Canada!
I'm both baffled and sad that you never had a fluffernutter sandwich. Or, as we called them in my house, peanut butter and fluff. 😂 I know this video is old so I hope you tried one! So classic and delicious. Every child should know the joy of a sandwich filled with marshmallow lol.
Looks good chef
You and a piping bag, not a good combination, but very entertaining! Marshmallow fluff doesn't exist in my country, it seems weird. Great vid as always Jamie!! You did an awesome job :)

jelly for these
How did I miss this video.. Fluffernutter made like a grilled cheese.. yummy
Dude, I'm jealous of those Canadian snacks!
Impressive! I hated twinkies as a kid. I was a Devil Dog girl. This version looks yummy-minus the fluff filling.
I know this is older - but a fluffernutter is the best! Try it.
I don't know what is Twinkies but you made really good
Great job!! Nicely done. Btw I prefer to warm the milk and melt the butter in the microwave rather than breaking out a pan for the stove.

I have no idea why I don’t do that 😅
Fluffernutters were a big part of my childhood. You should try one, but you'll need to sing the jingle, too. "First you spread, spread, spread some bread with peanut butter, add Marshmallow Fluff, and have a Fluffernutter!"
Yes most definitely a strawberry, fluffernutter,(strawberry jam).
Ohhhh yea ... Fluffernutter ... gotta be on soft white bread and smooth PB ! Theyre the bomb! Of course, I havent had one since i was 9, so . .. lol
You never had a fluffernutter??? Try it with raspberry jam too!!
I don't know if they still have them but Twinkie made low-fat cakes for a little while that were SO much better than the regular full-fat versions. Fluffernutters are alright...but they're very regional and very much an acquired taste. But, then, so is putting mayonnaise on peanut butter sandwiches which is a real thing too...mainly in the south. I've seen people make it with Miracle Whip too and, just...no...
i am so making these. I wonder if you can adapt other flavors to the recipe like a red velvet twinkie. Hubby loves red velvet.
Milk Bar vanilla cake would be great for a Twinkie.
I hve never had one as i don't know wht it is but i m definitely gonna try n make tht 😍😍😍

Never heard of such a thing- a FRESH Twinkie!
Never tried Twinkies but swiss rolls are kind of similar. Like a sponge cake with a vanilla mousse or cream. It's almost like a frosted Madeleine! I again congratulate you for your talent as a cook and performer! Maybe you would be sucessful with a Matcha Croquembouche or a Giant Pretzel French Toast or a Boba Nutella, or a sweet Croque-Madame. I don't know, i am just giving some different ideas for you to get what you deserve. You need to grow and deserve to.

Nope! I had a teacher who tried it out when I was in school. Real twinkies start to mold after roughly 5 years (still sealed) and they get stale after 1-2 years. I saw the still sealed moldy twinkie myself. Definitely wouldn't work as an apocalypse food. I know this comment is 3 years old but I don't think there are many people out there who can genuinely attest to if twinkies could be an apocalypse food.
We've always had Twinkies in Canada bruh lol

The Fluffernutter will change your life.
In high school my daughter existed almost exclusively on Fluff sandwiches, either with peanut butter or Nutella. SOOOOO much sugar, but vegetarian, so she'd eat lunch. Super disgusting if you ask me, but no one did and the kid loved that sandwich.
