    One suggestion, when you run bolts through your channel iron a really good way of keeping the bolts from crushing the channel is to insert a pipe of proper diameter for the bolt, weld that dude in and no more squash the channels.

    Looks like quality work. I'm sure that once you test it, there will turn out to be design adjustments necessary. But that's just the way it goes. The important thing is that you are getting it done and you have thought through the mechanical characteristics and forces. Well done.

    Thanks. I am sure I will have to make some changes but like you said at least get it built then figure out any problems.

    why put the tension bolt in the middle (between tension wheel and top tension wheels instead of sticking out front so it is easier to get to?

    Good idea. I guess when I was building it I was imagining pushing the tension wheels apart instead of pulling them apart. Next time. Thanks for the comment.
