It is great to see YOU in the vid. It is nice to see the creator on these kind of projects and how much detail you have shown.

I am a one man show so I don't take allot of video of me working on the vehicle much. I also try not to bore the viewer to much with me actually putting this project together bolt by bolt. I figure most people that would attempt this project probably know better than me how to bolt things together. But if I feel to show more detail on how I did something I will show that. Thanks for watching.

A guy who was an electrician in the Navy told me this about electrical tape: the adhesive eventually stops doing its job. Use the highest quality electrical tape you can get, and also put the smallest zip tie around the cut (not pulled apart) end of the tape. When the adhesive gives out, the zip tie will hold it in place and the tape can keep doing its job of insulating.

I tried to use heat shrink as much as possible instead of just electrical tape. I also soldered the connections except for where I crimped the big cables. Thanks for the advice.

Awsome wiring setup, nice n clean. Sounds real nice too. Looks like you can drive yours on the street. Now that would be cool, but how would you classify that for the plates? LOL.

Thanks.I doubt even here were you can get a plate for a 4 wheeler as long as it has turn signals and lights would probably not allow this on the road. But I had the switch and I figured I would still run the wires. I did hook up the taillights also. Even if your on trails its good to have brake lights for the guy behind you.

I love the project. But out of safty for you and your riders. I do think that fenders should be added. It is basically a big chainsaw by both your knees.

great so far, did you change the idler setup on the back axles or any other chnages since working on the drive axles?

No changes ,yet only on how I am going to design how the pulleys work on the transmission. My plan is when I complete the project to make a video on things I would have done differently and the total dimensions of it.
