Well done - nice work. I must admit I'm the guy that has to say it's too much cook for me but that's preference. Making your move at around 140 vs 152 degrees will give us that pink burger and we'll lose less butter/beef fat.

There is NO WAY you truly like a 165° burger. Grow a set and cook it to the real temp you eat when you aren't on KZread.
