HOMEMADE South African Rusk Recipe | How-To

Thanks for watching! As always, the recipe synopsis is below.
Ingredients:
175 grams bran
2.5kgs Self-Raising Flour
1 3/4 teaspoon Salt
37.5 ml Baking Powder
650g Seed Mix (any combo)
3 3/4 cups Sugar
1 1/4 kgs margarine/butter + 2 cups boiling water
5 Eggs + 1 3/4 cup cold water
Melt Margarine and Sugar. Add 2 cups of boiling water to margarine and sugar mixture - dissolve.
Whisk eggs and 1 3/4 cups cold water. Whisk until combined.
Mix dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredient mixtures.
Bake at 180C (360F) for 1 hour
Remove from the oven and space out on a tray.
Let dry for 4-8 hours at 100C (212F).
