    If using ordinary all purpose flour what is the ratio of baking powder to 500grms flour please

    Good Evening Lucy , you can use 2 teaspoons of baking powder , it will make it light and aerated 😃

    Hi Cresandasimmers , without the bicarbonate the dough might collapse a little and might not be as airy , but its worth a try ! 😀
