Today I will share with you the homemade recipe of "Mochi (also known as glutinous rice cake)". It comes in two flavors, original and matcha. It tastes soft and sweet, delicate and elastic. 🍰MOCHI INGREDIENTS:
Original Taste Mochi:
Glutinous rice flour: 150g
Corn starch: 30g
Granulated sugar: 30g
Milk: 200g
Vegetable oil/Oliver oil: 30g
Glutinous rice flour (fried): 50g
Red Bean Paste: 150g
Matcha Taste Mochi
Glutinous rice flour: 150g
Corn starch: 30g
Granulated sugar : 30g
Milk: 200g
Vegetable oil/Oliver oil: 30g
Glutinous rice flour (fried): 50g
Red Bean Paste: 150g
Matcha powder: ½ tbsp
