HOMEMADE LUNCHEON MEAT | Easy To Make Luncheon Meat
This is an Easy To Make HOMEMADE LUNCHEON MEAT... There's a great advantage of making your own Luncheon Meat because you can use healthy additives and minimize sodium content. It is cheaper to make a Homemade Luncheon Meat than of a store bought one, you can also store this in the refrigerator. Try this!
*note: correction on video recipe... 1/2 cup iced water instead of 1/4 cup
Ingredients:
1 kg finely ground pork
1 tsp curing salt
1 tsp iodized salt
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup iced water
