大蒜粉 Garlic powder 1g
洋蔥粉 Onion powder 1g
紅曲粉 Red yeast rice powder 1g
五香粉 Five spice powder 1g
雞精粉 Chicken powder 2g
蠔油 Oyster sauce 12g
米酒 Rice wine 12g
生粉/玉米澱粉 Potato starch/Corn starch 50g
普通麵粉 All purpose flour 30g
水 Water 220ml
油 Oil 20g

Hi, Karen. Can I substitute the garlic powder and onion powder with the fresh garlic gloves and shallots? How much is the ratio then? Thank you.

Not suggest use the fresh garlic or shallots, it make the meat taste different.

你上網找mini loaf pan 就可以看到,我也是上網買的。生粉就是馬鈴薯粉(potato starch),沒有可以用玉米澱粉(corn starch)代替,普通麵粉就是中筋麵粉(all purpose flour)
家中所有材料齊備除了紅曲粉,請問不用紅曲粉能成嗎?

我覺得,好像紅曲粉,只是增加一些顏色好看,可以不要放!

Because Nitrites react with chemicals in your body to create cancer causing chemicals. Too much of it can cause cancer.

@@KarenLingsKitchen Thank you for your reply. I tried making this. It was good and goes very well with white rice. However, the recipe requires 1g of onion powder, garlic powder & five spice powder but my scale cannot detect 1g so I roughly estimate it one and a half teaspoon.
