Oh do I love a sweet cornbread mix. I have been on a quest to find the best cornbread recipe. Thanks for this recipe. Making up a big batch like this should come in handy for lots of recipes.

you're welcome!! And yes, it's so nice having a good amount handy. It will be so nice during the summer when I don't have time for making yeast bread! Cornbread is a go to during the summer.
For I big potluck at school I made a half sheet pan of cornbread. Everyone asked me if I used jiffy boxes! They had no idea cornmeal was even sold in the store! Then of course they asked for the recipe😉

A couple teaspoons would be fine. I always just eyeball it
Jiffy mixes used to be 3 for $1.00. Not anymore.

it's just about $1 a box here now. It's ridiculous. So much cheaper to make it yourself

I can't find to no sugar recipe. I've been looking for one and couldn't find one.

I would just sub a sugar substitute and maybe add less because I find the substitutes stronger than normal sugar

Jiffy cornbread they don’t even fill them up like it use to be. Now they giving out half boxes for higher prices. I just stop buying it awhile back. Not worth it

Yea. It seems like everything is getting smaller. But going up in price. So ridiculous
