For Sodium Citrate Solution:
water 4 Tbsp
citric acid 1 Tsp
baking soda 1 tsp
For Cheddar cheese:
prepared Cheese
milk 1/3 Cup
butter/ghee 1/4 Cup
sodium citrate solution
salt to taste

We didn't use any food color...its natural color becuz we use cow milk...
