ok...been doin' this for a loooong time..only i put them in oil..then roll in butter..THEN cinnamon sugar..no need to quarter..just halve..you can use plain white sugar and then split it open and put strawberry jam in the middle.."jelly doughnuts"..or the cinnamon sugar and apple jelly..omg so good..
