I use unsweetened Apple sauce cups and any kind of box cake mix for years to make a quick cake. No eggs, oil, milk. I just eye measured. Brownies mix, apple sauce, pecans, chocolate cake mix, walnuts, marshmallows on top…chef’s kiss 😘

@@LandscapePapi​​⁠ For starters cocoa is processed, but beyond that the video is cap… and if we look closely at the original video, it looks like there’s a jump cut where the plate that goes into the oven is replaced by something else when it comes out before she digs in… hate to burst anyone’s bubble but you cannot get the type of crumb structure you get from flour by not using some sort of flour..this will make a type of dessert, and there’s nothing that seems off putting about the recipe…but what it won’t and can’t do is make a “cake”. I mean just look at the first few seconds when she takes out a spoonful for the camera…im sorry, but that HAS flour in it, you’re not getting crumbs from a baked egg and applesauce.
