@@pandanicole3099 I understand where you are coming from. I’m completely supporting their business as their furniture can only be purchased from certain retailers including Amazon. They are also selling them at Target, Walmart, And Wayfair exclusively.

I love how you took the pets into consideration when designing the room, I feel a lot of makeovers only have them as an afterthought and never put things to climb or perch on for cats :(

Yo, listen, so this cat maze bed needs to be part of the Mr. Kate collection. You could add a cat furniture line where you have the wall cat wall rests, the maze bed, etc. Since you love cats & have that creativity within you, please do this. I'd buy cat furniture 100%. Who else would buy from a cat furniture line made by Mr. Kate?

2021 Interior Designers are supposedly trying to say the Accent Wall is out of style (based on a few articles I read), but NOPE, for me that's a Forever Style (and I hate when designers say that, but it's a fact for good accent wall).

While I think it’s amazing that these two were able to not only get a home but get out of poverty and get to live in a mansion and have their dream room makeover, it bothers me that people can make this much money from making simple 15 second videos and yet many people have jobs that actually benefit society and don’t even make a living wage. No shade to these people of course! They seem really lovely and to reiterate its great that they’re doing so well after having such difficult beginnings.

I totally get this perspective. but they are the new generations form of entertainment. so they are entertainers that help to bring joy to others and inspire people. they were not handed anything and instead changed their situation on their own while bringing joy to others. i think it’s important not to simplify and put down what they do. But I completely understand your perspective of someone working in a grocery store and being on their feet all day yet barely being able to pay their bills. I totally get your point ! All love ❤️

This is not about a "new generation of entertainers", this is about the fact that people can't even make a fucking living wage with actual real life work. We need people to work in grocery stores, daycares, schools, waste management, food service, nursing homes and be able to LIVE. These people work full time jobs and aren't able to feed their kids and families without the help of food banks or pay for medical emergencies without going bankrupt. Yes, that is a FUCKING TRAVESTY. "But please someone think of the YT star" is such a weird response to that. WE NEED A LIVABLE MINIMUM WAGE.

I really feel you. It seems like entertainers, when they’re in demand anyway, can often get paid crazy money while many other people in essential jobs are chronically underpaid. Definitely not fair, but it’s also true that entertainers of whatever variety (TV, theater, music, TikTok, etc.) don’t always have steady income and may have to save for future lean years.

If it was so easy to make a good living from this platform and other social media, why isn't everyone doing it? Jesus wept, there are some people that will never be happy to see people do well for themselves. There is poverty all over the world, none of it is fair, but don't slate the people that manage to find a way out of it.

So meaningful to help a former homeless couple!!! Kate and Joey...too many cool diys from exemplary talented duo!!! Can't believe how wonderfully Moon is developing with his language and social skills!!! As always...Mr. Kate paints and nails every makeover!!!

The best thing about Mr. Kate's makeover is that personal touch,it's not just putting the furniture together and style the room. The diy painting, the photos she clicked n framed,it's has personal touch n love And the cat den under the bed,so thoughtful,it just blew my mind. N the desk man,Joey nailed it.the room has literally 4 monitors(3 monitors and a TV ) but it still feels so cozy.u guys never let us down.lots of love🥰
