I like how they repurposed a lot of items and went on bought 2nd hand stuff unlike the other make over you tubers who goes to IKEA etc to buy everything brand new and would come back with 3 different pieces for £500 with some fairy lights lol great job!

im also from Denmark... its not really possible to explain how to pronounce it in writing.. cause in english, your 'Y's" are not used like we use them in Denmark.... But if i should try and explain it it would be... H (like any other H) Y (but your should try to pronounce the Y like the "ew" in the word new) then of course the GG (like it is) and the E (should be pronounced like "UM" but with out the M) ..... sooo im sure that did not make sense at all... but try...

Haha, i'm glad i was of help! :) Well sometimes google says it right, but it doesn't necessarily(how the f**#"k do you spell that?) help, if you want to learn how to pronounce it your self.... cause i you have never heard Danish (or the other scandinavian languages) you have no clue, how to make your voice do something it has never done... its like learning to sing. Sweetheart I am a mother of 3. When you sit in the floor or tub just roll to your knees and it's so much easier to get up. For instance you could have rolled to your knees facing the sofa then braced yourself on it to get yourself up or scoot yourself onto the sofa. Phenomenal room makeover as always.

Well I just think maybe it wasn't to their taste. I have in the past not loved every video, but to each their own. All in all these two are such great role models and they're very creative. I really think it all depends on the budget they're given. A large budget like James Charles versus this $200 budget is night and day.

That block stuff can also help against bed bugs! They are known to hide in walls and travel through the outlets, eww!

I just love how much more environmentally friendly these repurposed and thrifted makeovers are as opposed to buying all new stuff just to make a KZread video.

Kate, you SLAYYY! You are really pregnant and you still work so hard. Love you❤

Simple and cute. These videos are such a great learning tool for those wanting to decorate on a budget.

Yes they've been married for a while now :) it was easier for business taxes and stuff. 💛 So exited for them to be growing their family! Even though marriage initially didnt matter to them/was a convience thing, you can tell they are super commited to each other and love each other ✨😊

It still blows my mind every time you guys do a makeover on this low of a budget that still looks this amazing. I mean come on! ARE YOU KIDDING?! This is SO useful for people like me on a college student budget to watch and to redecorate our small spaces and make them feel huge. LOVE this!!!

This is the FIRST video of yours I have seen and I am SOOOOOO inspired! I just moved into a room and it is PACKED and it is driving me nuts. Could it have something to do with quality? We have some shops like Dollar Tree here in Germany but the things are generally made with shoddy / borderline shady materials & if you look at them more closely you can tell how cheap it is..

Simona Härter I do love shopping at the U.S. dollar stores and I keep finding exact same things (literally) that for example Target has for 20 dollars or more. Liza Koshy often makes comparisons of this on her KZread channel. At least for Dollar Tree etc. There are many good quality amazing finds! Some of the things are cheaper made, but usually discount stores like Dollar General or even Marshalls have the same things just discounted severely.

I am just so inspired! I don't have the craftiness or tools and handyman to help me reuse and repurpose my stuff, but I am so motivated to learn. I have so many things that I thought I would just sell when I move, but now I'm trying to figure out ways to save them!

I feel like it they had taken a hook, drilled it into the ceiling about 8 inches from the wall, and then hung the pendant light from that and let it hang down, that that would have been a much better look. Or putting a small piece of wood to push the top of the light out so that it was straight up and down. I don't hate what they did, but with the rest of the room looking great, the way they hung the light makes it look a little lazy.

Probably one of my favorite budget room transformations. I loved the outcome and the fact that she said it felt like home :)

The gold chair is triggering anxiety from when we couldn't afford our own furniture and got hand me downs. I can finally afford new things so it is Amazing to me that this is the style now. I always miss the boat.

I’m not sure Amy understands how “difference in money value” or currency conversion works because the US dollar is not worth 10x the Australian. In saying that we also have a supply and demand problem in Australia, less people are buying the stuff so it’s the cost to cover it is more expensive.

This is probably one of my favorite makeovers you guys have done! I love the authenticity.

i LOVE great stuff when using faux plant stems in pots or opaque containers. often i don't have access to rocks or foam blocks so i fill my pots with great stuff, paint the top brown to look like soil, and insert my faux plants. saves me so much time!!!!!!!!
