The house is nice…except for the kitchen counters. Need granite top and backsplash. Would the builder change it as an upgrade?

I like the house and price but, I prefer GAS community _Public Sewer and Water - I would also install a summer Kitchen and Pool after closing - Do you such communities???

The only gas community will be Calesa Township in Ocala. They are one of my favorite communities

I lived in this community and the HOA is actually dissolved.

For the price of the home, Formica? Nope. The pantry is way too small. The home has closets that are also too small. The home design is not that great.
