Ойын-сауық

Home Free reactions are completely new to me... but thank you Chuck (one of my Patreon members) for making this reaction request because DAMN, these guys can really, really sing! It's not easy to cover anything Boyz ii Men and make it count but they got me! So here's my first time reaction to Home Free singing "End of the Road" - WOW 🔥🔥🔥

I think they did this out of love and respect for the original.

They put their own spin on the original & made this their own...they killed it in their own interpretation

I love Boyz II Men and have played End of the Road so many times. I never thought I'd ever like a cover of this song. But Home Free did it, while maintaining the respect for the original. How wonderfully sung by all! But for me it is mainly Rob who nailed it. What a great voice with so much soul in it. He touches me deep inside. Of course it is the combination of the other leads, fantastic harmony, bone-feeling bassline and the inhuman vocal percussion that makes it complete. The best A-Cappella group for me!!

I don't know if you know that they were on a TV show called the Sing Off. The season they were on Shawn Stockman was a judge. He always praised the group, he really liked Austin the one on the right. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.

Such a good rendition. When they were on the NBC show the Sing Off (they won in 2013), Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men was a judge and he loved them. I think they did justice to the song. Rob killed it. Home Free is known for great harmonies. Try their newest song that Chance wrote for the pirate game Skull & Bones. It’s great!

Loving your reaction to these guys. Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole. These guys grew up listening to Boyz II Men and were a bit awestruck when Shawn Stockman was a judge during they competition on The Sing-Off.

Well it's clear you're headed down the HF rabbit hole (it's a fun and fabulous place to explore) which doesn't have a single bad song in it so I'll check back and if you continue your journey I'll happily subscribe. Please make them their own playlist. I love binge watching HF reactions even if I've seen the same reactor several times and you're a good one.

When Home Free does a cover, they pay homage to the original, but always make it their own. Their covers are always upgrades❣️🎼🥰🎶❤ As far as I'm concerned all of the Home Free guys "emote" through their music/videos better than just about anyone else out there--and in this one Rob showcases his gospel/R&B genius in a way that seems to surprise everyone ❣️❣️❣️

I have to say as a home fry, we brought you to Homefree, but as a new subscriber Homefree brought us to YOU! You are like a conductor who catches every instrumental entrance and follows its flow all the way to each exit. I never understood how cool of a role a conductor of music plays, until my 2 reactions of yours so thank you for that. I can't wait to see your reaction to Homefree's When A Man Loves A Woman Austin Brown shines, and it defines how musically talented he is. I am a fan of now of yours as well, and feel like I got an extra bonus!

Haha, yep, that's what he said! ;) Whew Rob really showed out on this one; didn't know he had all that in him! (He has opera training, ya know.) This is one of my million faves of theirs - thank you for this reaction, Luke! I'll look for your reaction to, "Ring of Fire." You might also enjoy, "Champagne Taste on a Beer Budget," "Go Tell it on the Mountain," and "Elvira" with the Oak Ridge Boys...among hundreds of others, ha. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Blessings!!! My suggestions: “I Can’t Outrun You “- Chance lead, pure 5 part harmony. “Butts Medley “, “Blue Ain’t Your Color “- Rob lead shared with Chance. “Take Me Home, Country Roads”-their interpretation of this classic is gorgeous. “Champagne Taste (on a beer budget)”-Tim lead, and he wrote it.

Subbed for more Home Free. Enjoyed your reaction! Home Free was on a TV reality show called The Sing-Off, which was a competition between a capella groups. One of the judges was Shawn Stockman of BoyzIIMen. Shawn was quite complimentary to Home Free, and so there was no way HF was going to mess up Shawn's song! BTW HF did win that season of The Sing-Off.

Sometimes KZread recommendations bring such joy. Thanks for your reactions to “my boys”. I really enjoyed your comments, your energy, enthusiasm and appreciation for their mad skills and natural talent. Subbing for more Home Free and your positive vibe. A cheat sheet to get to know the guys a little better: Home Free breakdown Official version - or How the guys introduce themselves (current line up) Adam Rupp - beatboxer (from Minnesota) Rob Lundquist - tenor (from Minnesota) Austin Brown - high tenor (from Georgia) Adam Chance - baritone (from Alabama) Tim Foust - bass (from Texas) Realistic version Beatboxers - 5 (including 1 freak of nature) Tenors - 5 Baritones - at least 3 (pretty sure they can all get into baritone range, though…) Basses - at least 2 (I mean, have you heard those bass notes Adam hits while beatboxing?) The Guys Adam Rupp: beatboxer extraordinaire, tenor/high tenor (mostly harmonies), co-founder, lovingly called The Freak of Nature. Fans are still debating whether or not he is in fact human or alien. Rumour has it he swallowed a drum kit as a child Chris Rupp: baritone(bass at live performances when Tim sings lead), co-founder, left the group in spring of 2016 to do other projects Rob Lundquist: lead tenor, whistler, opera singer and rapper, also known as Gospel Rob or The Beard Austin Brown: high tenor, also does a mean No-monica and other instrumental sounds, aka The Home Free Heartthrob Adam Chance: (or just Chance, not to get the 2 Adams confused): baritone/bass, throat singing, various instrumental sounds (including the mouth/jaw harp in Man of Constant Sorrow), replaced Chris Rupp in 2016 Tim Foust: Legendary Super Bass, also sings baritone, tenor and high tenor whenever he feels like it, does a mean walking bass, can go so low he breaks sound systems and so high people think it’s Austin… Welcome to the rabbit hole 🐇 🕳️ Much love from a danish Home Fry x

I know I'm gonna get hated on for this...I totally get it, but everyone's personal opinion and taste is just that...their own. While I've always enjoyed the original (here we go!), I (personally) feel this one is an upgrade! There, I said it! I just feel that Home Free's vocals are cleaner, tighter, and smoother. Again...just one guy's opinion...but I challenge anyone to, objectively, listen to both, one right after the other, and tell me I'm totally bonkers (and I'm sure many will...that's cool). But thank you for your reaction...and now, enjoy your deep dive into the best Acapella group (yes, in my opinion) anywhere. Whew, I'm done. 😅
