So this is the first guide remake, do let me know what you think of them as a concept and do say if you want to see more/what guides need to be redone. I think there is a good balance between "this has actually changed" and "Doing the same with a new coat of paint" to be found in most of them. As for the other guides, obviously let me know which ones you'd like to see. Hell if you have any strats for any them it could be a help.

Any chance you can do the "Ships Don't Lie". Fighting in Peru is horrendous

Good guide, did this last patch after way too many tries - this is a great method. Besides the new achievements, the only 3 achievements I've yet to get are: 30 minutes of Hel (with new Poland it may be interesting), Battlecry, and the Wojtek hidden achievement. Any of those would be great.

The Polish Cowboys are the only way I can see 30 Minutes working, But I shall look into doing it eventually.

Wojtek would be great - expecially if these easter eggs with him and some part of monarchist branch are true :) Great job as always, this is one of the latest old achievements I don't have :)

Doesn't seem like you can trap the soviet volunteers anymore, they always spawn in a different port if you encircle valencia

Another I have been struggling with is 'The Revenge of Montezuma' . I don't know if this is one that you might consider showing in the future? I suppose the combat width changes are probably a major problem with that achievement, yeah I'll look into it.

AI volunteers ironically took out the anarchists during my playthrough lul

I have no idea how your troops seemed to cut through the enemy so easily but mine just did f*ck all.

Is there a way to guarantee two garrisons before cw i always end up having one fully and other stay at 2 strength because ai gots the province last minute everytime

What sucks about the Carlists is that you can't really switch any general allegiances... ie the ONE time I managed to get Rojo Lluch over from the Republican side, he then also fought for the nationlalists and I had wasted the whole game grinding him. So essentially oyu can only get a brilliant strategist as either the RL faction, becoming Fascist/Falangist or the Republicans (but you can - with a little luck - take Rojo away from the Republicans and thus have two brilliant strategists), but not as the Carlists. So you're really stuck with only a handful of decent generals that you have to grind from the get go. And even if you win in the absolute minimum time (but this was just prior to NSB), you still have to wait for the Carlist uprising to fire (you can accelerate it but you'll miss out on the extra uprising requetes), you don't have much time before France joins the allies (because even if I win iwthin 1-2 months of the uprising, it's still late 37ish from what I remember). I had two heavy tank divisions, and almost always got stopped from reaching Paris (I'd get close but still) BEFORE the French would join the Allies. Maybe I can do it with NSB. Or the other problem was I got there, but I got there after Germany had grabbed at least ONE state, and thus I couldn't core France.

Why did you do the battle plans for the north manually instead of doing the War in the North focus?

If AI Portugal would go monarchist, would it be mandatory for them to be a puppet to accept the Iberian unification? It would be nice to get cores on Brazil as Spain

No clue and I wouldn't count on it, also the AI has never succeeded in unifying Brazil without player intervention from what I've seen.

Polish Peasents Revolution is really easy, just go down the Focus tree and do the Civil War. Don't forget to do the decisions to bring states under your control, the Civil War itself is easy and a guide wouldn't really help, because you have to do it youself anyway.

Wouldn't it be better if instead of attacking Vichy France just puppeted Free France in peace conference and then Vichy would join on there own?

From what I know Vichy France joins Free France if both of them are at peace and Free France controls or occupies Paris

Seems like their stockpile has been destroyed . I wouldn't count on getting Soviet guns anymore.

Are you using the No Step Back DLC or not?
