A P30L is definitely on the wish list when they’re more readily available

So glad to see some H&K love. I just went through this decision with my VP9 but went with the competition magwell instead. The "low profile" version just didnt offer anything that great besides looks, imo.

Kotaboy, the HK P30 is one of the finest carry pistols made today. Its much better IMHO than the HK VP9 (not a fan of the striker pistol on the HK).....its a great pistol just not my first choice. Preference is the PPQ, AS99, Glock's are great but triggers are meh, LOVE MY USP"S and USP' EXPERT's.....and CZ's of all flavors (especially from CZ CUSTOM).....JMHO

Kotaboy32, a Glock tool works for pushing out the pin for the grip panels. No hammer required my friend.

Mr Kotaboy32 hello, I have a question have you had any problems with that compensator not ejecting the 115 grain bullet? I know my balance is off but i didn't figure that the muzzle break would cause that problem, but i was curious to see if you have run the 124 grain bullet and been fine or do you know of a heavier return spring to use? For leather, I’d strongly highly recommend Falco holsters. For Kydex, I’d recommend Gunfighters Inc. Sorry, a year late so you probably already have one. But you should definitely check out Falco and gunfighters!

The P30L is half an inch longer. (.58). They both offer the same trigger/safety options.

How accurate is that p30 Does it shoot low at 10 yds?

My new VP9 shoots around 5" low at 15 yards with 124gr. hp's loaded to around 1,100 FPS. My starting load with the same bullet was around 990 FPS and only about 1.5" low. I'm guessing 147 gr. bullets may do better but really don't want to go that rout. My point is it may do better with heavier bullets, what weight bullet are you using?

What muzzle device is that?

I have a p30L with same compensator and magwell. At no point in time (even before I bought the magwell) did I ever think it would help balance out the weapon. I was right. It most certainly doesn’t balance lmao

The P30L with a compensator is for balance tbh, it’s to keep the barrel down to ease with rapid fire.
