#1 there’s zero need for the hammer, the pin will simply push through with steady pressure. Same for the back strap pin. #2 I recently cut the support hand side paddle off my HK45 as my trigger finger liked to bump it. Aside from the hammer, good video.

Definitely not a fan. To me, the standard P30 mag catch is perfect. Not judging if you like it though. For future reference, when swapping an HK mag catch, use a small flat head screwdriver to push the spring in when installing it and you’ll save a lot of time. Your p30 is looking very nice aside from the new catch. I hope you’re enjoying it. One of my absolute favorite pistols to shoot!
